Look no further and consider yourself very fortunate if you get to stay here. Michael and Samantha are true gems, their hospitality second to none. The physical environment is like living in an environment that combines a masterfully restored centuries old villa, and local treasures carefully selected by Michael who is an award winning designer. He also arranged a wonderful...

When we were first considering a trip to Patzcuaro, we went to TripAdvisor’s Patzcuaro page and immediately saw the bright red banner: TRAVEL ALERT: SAFETY AND SECURITY, and then we read the State Department warning about travel to Michoacan. We worried about safety in the area, but we learned from friends in Mexico City with second homes in Patzcuaro that...

This was my fifth trip to Patzcuaro and staying at Villa Victoria. I truly love the place. Michael is a great host and makes you feel right at home. The B&B is very well appointed with a great garden. And the location could not be better. It is only a block from the main plaza and great restaurants. I would...

Our family had the amazing opportunity to spend our Christmas holidays in Patzcuaro, Mexico and Villa Victoria was the ideal place for us to stay. I was at VV for four nights and really did not want to leave. The owner and staff did so much to make my visit enjoyable. The atmosphere is a great mixture of traditional Mexico and modern conveniences. It is a quiet oasis in the center of the charming town. The breakfast was a different local dish every day, and...

Our return visit to Villa Victoria was as delightful as our first visit. The breakfasts were delicious and Michael Cullin, the owner, was again a gracious host. This visit we stayed in the "Garden Casita" where we had direct access into the beautiful garden that Michael has created. The Casita was extremely clean, airy and comfortable. We plan to spend...
