I reserved the room by phone for my stay & confirmed the price by email. On arrival I was told he miscalculated and I owed significantly more. In good faith I agreed to pay the extra. After one night we found the beds so uncomfortable we could barely sleep. I asked for an extra comforter to sleep on top of...

We just returned to Buffalo, NY after a perfectly delightful stay with Ralph and Felipe. The house is gorgeous, the rooms and beds are beautiful and comfortable and breakfast each morning was simply divine!!! Ralph and Felipe were around at every moment to help us navigate our first trip to Ajijic. This included giving us a ride at one point...

Ralph and Felipe are the hosts with the most who go out of their way to make sure their guests are comfortable. The nights were cool during the first week of my two-week stay and I returned home tired and looking forward to a shower. Ralph appeared immediately as if he had read my mind to show me how to...

I've had the pleasure of visiting Villa Eucaliptos on two occasions years apart, and have been transported both times. The hosts work tirelessly to provide for their guests, and to create a stunning environment where one can enjoy and relax. The plants, trees and gardens are majestic, a true botanical haven. You could spend hours just admiring the beautiful decor...

I spent 4 days with Ralph and Fillipe at Villa Eucaliptos. I hated to leave! The surroundings are beautiful, the room was quaint, clean, well-equipped and very large for a B & B. I have stayed in many B & B's in many countries and none can compare! The breakfast was fantastic - every day we were offered a different...

A longtime Ajijic resident dropped me off at the front door of Villa Eucaliptos when I found myself homeless due to a reservation mix-up at another location. Although this was a poor start to a vacation (having come straight from the airport at 10pm in the pitch dark) Ralph graciously took me in and for the next six days made...

“I checked out all the rooms except one. They are all nicely appointed. Being in awe of all the birds and butterflies in Ajijic I asked to change rooms part-way through my stay so I could see the street outside as opposed to the inner gardens. This would give me a longer view of the birds all the way to the lake. Ralph graciously accommodated me. In both rooms I slept with the door open and had just the screen shut - waking up with the songbirds and sunrise each morning. It was lovely.”
