We stayed in November in the middle of a COVID lockdown. We were the only guests and it was like living in our own little house. I would of liked some company at breakfast, but the staff was great and catered to us like we were family. Great location to walk around Ajijic and good parking for our car. We will be back!

My wife and I were roaming the streets of Ajijic, when we came across this wonderful B&B. The room we originally wanted booked fast, so they were so generous and upgraded our room for the same cost. The room is extremely clean and comfortable. The breakfast menu is amazing as well! I would highly recommend this place, great place for a great price! The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

What a wonderful and relaxing place. Highly recommended when in Ajijic. Carmina and the staff are gems. Breakfast was delicious and the pool was refreshing after a day walking about. I look forward to our next stay.

Casa Flores B&B is in need of a good cleaning, touch-up paint and general maintenance, plus some good quality linens, and more thoughtfully and efficiently placed furniture. It is located in a congested residential area where 2nd floor views are partly of tinacos (water tanks) and hanging laundry. While the manager was extremely nice, friendly and accommodating, there was absolutely no one, not one employee in the B&B to cook breakfast. I called the manager who kindly came to the B&B to cook breakfast for me. Yes, the flowers are lovely and the location is convenient to the village. It is not the quality 'as advertised', however.
