The cabins were just right for two. The cabins were right on the water and we have a great view to the causeway and Cape Breton. The bar was open till late but you have to order in advance because a lot of bus stop off there.

Beautiful view in a wonderful location. Ample parking. Cabin was very nice and roomy. Shower had good pressure. Wifi was hard to connect to in our cabin. Staff were very friendly. Lovely gift shop. Definitely would recommend!

The setting of this motel is lovely but the place is in need of some upgrading. Rooms are outdated and the restaurant was tired looking (badly frayed carpeting). The Internet connection was poor. On the positive side, the service was friendly, our dinner was excellent, and the beds were comfortable.

Stayed here one night on a family road trip around the Maritimes, and was really excited about this particular place because it looked so picturesque. We checked in late-ish, but with no issues and were told about the restaurant hours. Got settled into our rooms, before heading for dinner. The motel rooms have dated decor, but everything was clean, the...

After the ferry from PEI heading to Sydney we stopped for gas and asked the locals for a nearby restaurant. They recommended the Cove Motel that had a restaurant attached. Went there with family and friends, had a delicious meal including a fantastic seafood chowder. Other dishes we had were fish and chips, mussels and scallops.... All great!

Enjoyed our stay here very much. We were there only one night; cozy, private cabins with comfortable beds. Wonderful staff; everyone was super friendly. Convenient having restaurant on property. Great views from restaurant and convenient location for accessing Cape Breton the next day.

Great restaurant on site so you don't have to travel to get a good meal. Friendly staff. Reservations recommended if you want to site and have a view of the water. The location is also quite as it sits off the main highway, so that's a plus.

I loved my stay here! Yes, the rooms are dated, but that is part of its charm. The views all around are spectacular! The location is perfect - on the way to or from the Cabot Trail, and on the way back, to Prince Edward Island. The restaurant was great, gift shop great, and staff were so helpful. I almost...

Rustic little cabins- perfect for our family of four on the way through to Cape Breton. Wished we'd known how lovely it was as we would have stayed at least another night. Handy laundry and restaurant, and the friendliest and most helpful people. Gorgeous setting. Would recommend to friends and family.

Stayed here for two nights. The inside of the cottages are a little rustic and the beds aren't as comfy as some places, but the view was beautiful, the staff in the store/office, restaurant and housekeeping were all very friendly and made us feel welcomed!
