What a delightful place to stay while in Nova Scotia! My mother and I stayed at Emma's Hideout Room at the Fisherman's Daughter B & B in October. We loved the historical character of the home, the tasty breakfasts and the comfortable rooms and beds. The innkeepers Bruce and Lisa are warm and they go the extra mile to make...

My cousin and I stayed here for one night in October. The accommodations were very comfortable and the home was lovely. We stayed in a large well appointed room on the second floor with two beds. Bruce and Lisa were great hosts and made us feel right at home. Very nice breakfast. Two thumbs up!

We stayed two night at Fisherman's Daughter B & B. Both nights we joined other guests in the host's parlor for sherry & port (which our hosts provided) and wine (our own) as well as snacks (many provided by our hosts) and conversation. We had a great time, and it added depth to our travels. We had a lovely room,...

We stayed here in July on our first trip to Nova Scotia. This is a very warm and inviting B & B. It has modern conveniences while still keeping the historical feel of the home. We enjoyed sitting in the adirondack chairs out front in the evening. The location is great as it's a short walk into town to visit...

Every time I stay at Fisherman's Daughter I love it even more! (I've been coming here for 4 years multiple times per year). Bruce and Lisa are hospitable, inviting, and some of the nicest people you'll meet in the Maritimes. This time they had decorated the front yard with some fishing themed scarecrows to celebrate the local festival. They will...

Lisa and Bruce operate a lovely B & B, and to top it off, they are lovely people. Both Lisa and Bruce helped us get settled, then recommended a place for dinner. We stayed in the Captain's Room; the bed was quite comfortable and the shower was awesome. Breakfast was food of the gods, what with Lisa's outstanding cooking and...

Thanks to the friendly help of Bruce and Lisa (owners of this lovely B and B), we didn't miss anything in Mahone Bay. Really enjoyed the rental bikes and the trails to Lunenburg. The breakfast is excellent and enough to count as lunch as well!

Lisa and Bruce have made an extraordinary effort to make sure their guests have everything they need, down to a closet with toiletries in case you've forgotten anything and another with complimentary snacks and beverages. The breakfasts were exceptional, and included a variety of gluten free options. Bruce offered up a variety of travel trips when I was in the planning...
