I am loathe to write this because I will want to return to this wonderful small B/B but it could become totally booked once more people discover it. Everything about it is perfect - the location, the food, the rooms, the views, the staff - all fantastic.

We've stayed here twice and both times enjoyed ourselves. The staff are friendly, the rooms are superb with great views of the bay and the food is amazing. James is very helpful and has a great knowledge of the area. There are plenty of places nearby for photo opportunities and hikes. They also do boat tours which we would highly... More

As a Newfoundlander I have eaten a lot of fish but this place has the freshest I have ever had. No wonder the amazing reviews, they must have a person catching the fish on demand it was melt in your mouth! My 4 year old enjoyed the servers giving her a treat (Kinder Egg) as part of the kids meal,... More

My husband and I stayed here thanks to a trip for two across Newfoundland which I won through a contest run by Newfoundland and Labrador Tourism. It was well planned by Maxxim Vacations. The Inn at Happy Adventure was definitely one of the highlights of our trip, providing us with some of the very best of Newfoundland's hospitality, food and... More

We booked a two hour paddle for myself and two grandchildren (13 & 17). We were in double kayaks. The 17 year old went with me and the 13 year old went with our guide, Chris. It was amazing. We did the coastline and saw some sea caves and bald eagles. The highlight was the humpback whales. We saw three... More

We chose this location for a mid-summer getaway and an opportunity to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The accommodations, the food and the hospitality were all amazing. The Inn has a restaurant on the main level and the rooms are located upstairs, all of which have a wonderful view of the little cove below. The views can be enjoyed from decks... More

The rooms are huge, the view is incredible and the food was fantastic, but what really made our stay here amazing, were the owners (Chuck, his wife, daughter and son-in-law). We were here for one night, ate fresh crab, lobster and mussels, drank champagne on the deck while overlooking the water. If that wasn't enough, we joined Chuck the next... More

I did not actually stay overnight but stopped in for a snack at the advice of the tourist bureau for Central Newfoundland, thank you Caroline and Shannon!! Its not actually located in Eastport, but trip advisor I guess can't grasp a place is actually called Happy Adventure. Happy Adventure is a place name, not just the name of an Inn,... More

This beautiful restaurant is tucked away in scenic Happy Adventure. It offers a menu selection, quality and service equal to anything in St. John's. Of course, its speciality is fish dishes which they do so well. It's unusual to fine a restaurant of this quality in a rural area which also adds to experience. I would strongly recommend that if... It is worth going to Eastport if only to stay and eat here. Beautiful modern rooms with large comfortable beds. Balconies are large and perfect for watching the sunset. Breakfasts are amazing and enjoyed with an incredible view. The restaurant is incredible with fresh delicious food and daily features. Best seafood chowder in the province. The owners many be the...
