This was the first stop on our 2 week east coast adventure. We stayed 2 nights in a water view suite on the upper level. I originally wanted a smaller room as there was just the 2 of us but the suite was nice. Being to watch the tide changing from our room was also a bonus. The onsite restaurant... More

The Parkland Village Inn in the quaint village of Alma, NB. is ideally located. Our room was a king deluxe room with a balcony and an ocean view. The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Excellent, family run place to stay in the small village of Alma. The staff are extremely friendly and very helpful regarding things to see & do in the area. My room was large, clean and the bed very comfy. The bathroom was very clean and a good size. Don't miss the opportunity to have lobster in the restaurant...awesome!

Stayed 2 nights here, to wander tidal beaches, see Hopewell Rocks, visit Fundy National Park. The Parkland is clean and comfortable. Desk staff was pleasant and capable. View out over the tidal flats was great. Good spot if you like watching boats. Be aware that the tide influences everything. It's perfectly common for lobster boats to depart at midnight or... More

The Parkland Inn is a great combination of nice accomodation and great (sea)food in the small town of Alma, also providing a nice waterfront and harbour view on Fundy Bay. The rooms are large, well. equipped and the service is very, very friendly and helpful.

My wife had always wanted to see the Bay of Fundy so when we made arrangements to visit my sister in Maine, we decided this was the time. A decision that we shall never regret. I stayed in this hotel back in 2005 on my way down from Newfoundland and I thought it was a great place. So, on my way back down to Maine, I decided that this would be a nice place to stay again. This time I was with my family and I wanted to show them the Fundy tides. This is... More

We didn't stay or eat at the Parkland, but we did drink there two nights running. It is the only pub in town and a comfortable place for a pre-dinner beer or two. The manager, Andrew, was a genuinely nice and interesting chap. Recommend you call in whenever in wonderful Alma. Our score of 5/5 is for the Parkland as... More
