The staff here make staying here worth it. Everyone is very personable, friendly and eager to please. Richard is great! The morning breakfasts are tasty and different every day. The hot tub and free laundry are nice amenities. I would say that if you're a family of 4 the room is tight. There's about 10 inches of space between the...

If you're looking for lodging at Sun Peaks, you don't need to look beyond Pinnacle Lodge. You'll be warmly greeted by Richard, the PL manager, who seemingly is always on the job. The rooms are all hotel-like rooms, with queen or king beds; some rooms have pull-out couches if your children are accompanying you. Part of what makes Pinnacle Lodge...

We just got back from a week at Pinnacle lodge and the experience couldn't have been much better. Richard was an excellent host and took very good care of us. We had a friend come and visit for a couple of nights and they were very accommodating. Don't be scared off by the lack of in-room cooking facilities. The use...

Very good location that was a short walk right to the main part of village (or thirty second drive). The amenities were great for the money and the staff was phenomenal. Breakfast was included and every morning was nice to chat with other guests and Richard & Breana who are a major asset to this lodge. Everything was clean and...

we love the pinnacle lodge at sun peaks. This was our second time here and it's hands down the best service and coolest place around. Richard and his staff are so accommodating and very knowledgeable and helpful. They make you feel at home. The only negative thing which was not their fault was that we could not bring our st....

My wife and I stayed here and can't say enough good things about the lodge and the manager Richard. The good: - friendly staff - Richard was amazing and very helpful - rooms were nice and had a fireplace and a nice view of the surrounding nature - amazing breakfast and afternoon tea - heated floors in the bathroom -...

We visited Pinnacle Lodge with family and friends the week before Canadian Thanksgiving, in early October -- a vowel quiet week at Sun Peaks. Between the seven of us we had three upstairs rooms in the large main building, but we really had the run of the place -- and the kids spread themselves everywhere. The rooms are large, clean,...

Pinnacle Lodge has great accommodations, great service, and is in a great location. My wife and I stayed there for the week prior to the Canadian Thanksgiving, which for the sake of my fellow Americans, falls on the second Monday of October. This made for a very quiet and restful vacation, or holiday to Canadians. Our room, a corner room,...

We were up during the Labor day weekend. A first time visit for all of us. Our friends have a time share at this site, so our share of the cost was very reasonable. I booked our hotel the previous night at a different town, so I just paid the difference for our room minus their share for the hotel...

Staff was extremely accommodating and friendly, by far the best customer service focused place we have ever stayed before. The rooms were a little tiny but were very clean and well looked after. Richard took great care of us and the breakfasts were tasty and different each day. The internet for us during this stay was not great as it...
