My family and I were traveling through Canada by RV. We stayed in many different campgrounds and this one was by far the worst. Their website stated they had mini golf, it was dismantled. Their website also stated that their pool opened June 27th which was the day we arrived. They wouldn't unlock the gate saying they wouldn't open it...

We came with two campers and when we parked there was no power. The owner promptly came to flip the breaker for us (locked up) so we were happy. After turning out a/c on the breaker flipped again so he quickly came again but wasn't so polite this time. He thought we had flipped the power both times (not true)...

Our family was trying to get together for a camping trip and they wouldn't allow us because they don't allow family reunions. We're talking maybe 4 or 5 families with 12 adults and a few kids. Family time is important and should not be discouraged because you're afraid of more than one family getting together.

We have stayed at many koas and this koa has the least amount of activities and amenities we've encountered. The playground that's there looks like it was installed when the place opened there is one swing set and one old monkey bar. There's a pool but most people go to sicamous to use the lake. This is it for activities...

Stopped for one night on our way to Vancouver. Bathrooms are clean, showers hot with good pressure. Campsites are reasonably private. You can hear the traffic but that's to be expected as the campground is next to the highway. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

We had preplanned a one night stop over at this campground. On our arrival it was very easy to find. Literally once you turn off the highway it's straight ahead. The entrance up toothed office was very very nice. You began to feel you had made a good choice. At the office the young lady who signed us in was...

Tried to arrange a visit to this KOA . I was informed by management that my family is too large for a family campground and denied my stay for fear that the children would be unruly. Between being foster parents and adoptive parents there are 7 children in our family. Being KOA campgrounds are a family place , i will...

Pulled in off highway when realized we had driven far enough for the day. Turned out to be a splendid idea. Best showers so far on trip from Mississippi-Manitoba-BC. Clean and hot with great spray. Bathrooms were clean and had lots of hooks over sinks and in stalls. Got the pancake breakfast to avoid breakfast cleanup. Good choice and cook...

The rules state one unit plus one car. Our family had a truck/trailer and 1 car and were forced to move our car because they considered the truck that hauled the trailer as our 1 car allowed. however, the campsite beside us had a "motorhome"( which has the truck merged) and 1 car but they were allowed to keep their...
