I stay all over bc for my type of work and this hotel was worse than even any motel i have ever stayed at. I was very unimpressed from the horrible room to the dirty hotpools. Digusted and would never stay again

Staff were great, views spectacular. room was basic but clean. Building is dated and could use some TLC. Our room was right at the bottom of the hill and would be a perfect location in ski season. Service was limited as it was the off season but overall a great weekend.

Although the ski season is now over consider this resort for next winter. The attention to have the best grooming on any ski hill was achieved. Join a complimentary Mountain Friend tour that gives you a chance to meet the locals and ski the best runs that suit your skiing ability.

My wife and I spent 4 nights in the Toby Creek Lodge. The hallways were a bit rough, but the room was nice. Had a couple of decks facing the mountain and it was a short walk to the gondola to the main lifts. We were upgraded from the Horse thief Lodge and it was greatly appreciated. The restaurants were...

It was the final weekend of a stellar season and there was still lots of great grooming on the front side to satisfy us. The après ski turned into a big party with DJ Will spinning great tunes and everyone dancing on the sun baked patio. Dinner afterwards at Earl Grey completed a fantastic day. We stayed in the Pine...

The view and the skiing are really lovely but the facilities have not been upgraded much since were were last there 15 years ago. The restaurants are closed on a rotating basis which if you did not know means you might be stuck returning to the same one repeatedly. We were there mid week and the were 2 restaurants that...

Over 20 degrees both days with amazing coverage and perfect spring conditions. Family all agreed this was the most fun we have ever had on the hill. Pano has invested in the infastructure on the hill and the amenities all of which add up to a great experience.

Great place. Central reservation office was great. We had a clean condo and when we needed our microwave repaired they sent a maintenance person right away. We also loved how close it was to the lifts

We have had several family trips here. It is always a lot of fun. I loved sitting in hot springs watching skiers go by. The pools are a real bonus for being at a ski hill. Its a real family mountain with lots of activities.

As a whole package, this was a great weekend. Snow hill had a bit for every level, back area was a highlight. Rooms are just basic rooms, although the resort experience, outdoor areas, are well up there.
