Quick & Easy check in/check out. Friendly & helpful staff. Very Clean & comfy room with a fridge & a microwave. Pool & hot tub were good (& having 'Alexa' to play different songs/music was fun!) Would stay here again & also recommend to our family & friends. 'Thank you' for a nice & relaxing stay!

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times in the past years and always had a great buffet breakfast included. We specifically booked this hotel because of the value with the included breakfast. But with the terrible breakfast this time the value was not justified. I wish I had booked at the Super 8 in town. We understand that during Covid times „cuts“ need to be made but now on June 30 (when we stayed at the hotel) when indoor dining was allowed the breakfast was still given in a box with 3 small items and a grape juice box. Of course we didn’t expect a buffet breakfast (because of Covid) but at least some better choices than what we got. We hope the hotel gets back to the olden days soon where people could enjoy a hearty filling breakfast before heading to Waterton Park.

Nice beds, clean rooms (although the old smell of previously smoking room lingered), plenty of space. Lounge open with plastic shielded VLT players, restaurant only open for breakfast and lunch. Nice restaurant nearby, close enough to walk to sleepy downtown.

Stayed here 3 nights, it’s 30min drive from Waterton national park. Check in was straight to the point nothing special. During our 3 night stayed, majority of guests we encountered had no mask on, including an employee. Only hand sanitizing station we found was at the hotel lobby, and outside of the restaurant that’s attached to the hotel. Hotel does have coin laundry. Wi-Fi signal is strong. We’ve booked a room in the newer wing. The room itself is large, has a mini fridge, and microwave. My wife, and our 2 kids stayed in the room. But they only provided 2 face clothes, and 2 bath towels. Parking lot at the newer wing is unpaved, while parking at the older part of the hotel is paved. The new wing does have an elevator, where the old wing does not. The air/heat vent was so dirty, my wife ended up spending close to 45 minutes wiping it. Also the closet mirror glass door had a crack. Figured housekeeping would of noticed it if they had clean the room? There’s no way anyone could of missed that! Who knows what else they didn’t clean in the room. The hotel was not busy at all during our stay, we were not offered to be moved to another room. First 2 nights there were less than 10 vehicles combined in the parking lots. Not many other decent options in Pincher creek, maybe the Ramada? So we decided to stay. We travel quiet frequently, and majority of the time we get the best room category. We are glad we didn’t pay more for the suites at this place. We definitely will not be back. This is our worst experience at a hotel in the last 5 years. I do not want to know what the rooms in the older wing looks like.

We stayed here with our two kids for couple nights. We absolutely enjoyed the private bookings for swimming pool area and the clean, spacious room. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. We couldn’t ask for more. The location is very convenient, only half an hour to Waterton National Park. Great weekend gateway for our family of four.
