A way station for us as we travelled east. Well appointed and spacious rooms with private bathrooms. Older style fittings and the place speaks of grander times. Ample parking and relatively quiet location, with several attractions in the immediate area, including the worlds largest Bison (Buffalo)

The rating is in comparison to everything else available. Skip that ugly cluster of hotels by the highway and head down to historic, downtown Jamestown! Even for a single night stay, the Gladstone is a great home base. Room prices are very competitive, especially for family-friendly suites. Located a 1-4 minute walk to the farmers market (Saturday mornings and Wednesdays?),...

First time staying here but not in Jamestown. They were nice enough to let us check in early at noon to place our things. The first thing we noticed however was how rundown ithe building was and smelled of smoke including our room. No airconditioning in any of the hotel hallways; or if there was it was turned down so...

Organized multiple family groups with several over 90 years old. They were very accommodating and everyone was happy with their stay. Nice to have the restaurant on premises, and it sure helped to have the bar and a large waiting area where we could congregate.

This hotel was great. It had themed rooms and a great pool/ game room. The hotel is loud with the bar and pool area. The staff was great at accompanying everyone with their needs. its a great place to go for parties but not so much if you need a good night sleep. There is also not breakfast served in...

The Gladstone Inn and Suites should be called a bar with rooms because in the bar the music is so loud through out the rest of the hotel it is hard for anyone to sleep with every word clearly understandable. I Called the desk at 1:30am he said there was nothing they could do until the bar closes at 2:00am....

The gentleman who checked us in was pleasant and friendly. We stayed in the Lewis & Clark suite, with a king bed and two full size beds. Prefect for three gals on a girls night out. The beds and pillows were great. The room spotless. The saltwater pool was a nice change from the over chlorinated pools a person sees...

This is an older property but it has seen some recent remodeling so things were in pretty good shape. Staff was friendly. Front desk took care of you quickly. Room was pretty quiet and bed comfortable. There for a meeting. Meeting room was good and staff were attentive to keeping coffee and water filled. Had the buffet for lunch both...

While I enjoyed the proximity to the Civic Center, there were some unsavory characters hanging around the exit door. One actually had the nerve to make an off color remark to me. I left to take care of business, came back- they were still there. I actually waited in my car with the doors locked until they went to the...

We were here for our son's wedding in early September. The staff here was for the most part uncaring and didn't really seem like they enjoyed working at this facility. Not once did we hear a thank you or "How are you today?" They have tried to do some updating but have a ways to go. A lot of food...
