We stayed here for a week and would have liked to stay for longer !Sally & Rosie could not do enough for us,even organising ice and a bucket to chill our anniversary Champers ! Breakfasts were served outside in individual Bell tents (To enable social distancing)by Vanessa and were some of the best we've had anywhere. Accommodation was second to none, large well lit rooms with 1st class bathroom with large shower and separate free standing bath. Lovely walks on site and just a 20 mins walk to a good country pub. We were given a list of local hostelries, and managed to visit most of them, all 7 of them were excellent ! Overall we had an excellent week made all the better by the way in which Sally and Rosie looked after us - Highly recommended

This was not our first visit here, but it was our first B&B stay since Covid 19 broke out. Any concerns we may have had melted away as soon as we arrived and realised just how much effort our hosts were taking to keep everyone safe, and all, as a previous reviewer said, without the use of hazard tape! This a such a great place to stay with very comfy well appointed rooms set within easy reach of attractions such as the famous RSPB reserve at Minsmere; Dunwich with its amazing history, beautiful long beach and long walks (and free car park!) and also Southwold (Adnams brewery) and Aldeburgh (Benjamin Britten AND possibly the best fish and chip shop in the country. Snape Maltings is not far away, where there is some very nice shopping to be had and also walks around the marsh land. The Emmerdale Farm shop is only a short distance from Trustans Barn and stock the most excellent local produce especially bacon and sausages (from local pigs) So all in all just a great place to stay with very caring hosts set in a lovely part of the world. If you are thinking of a holiday or even a short break in this part of England don't miss an opportunity to stay at Trustans Barn, I cant imagine anyone being disappointed.

Wonderful stay here with my husband recently. Sally and Rosie went out of their way to make us feel welcome and were always on hand for advice about the local area. We stayed in the Nest room which has beautiful views of the sky. Breakfast was served in our own private bell tent which was perfect as it gave us our own space to eat breakfast and also if we brought food back during the day. Breakfast was delicious cooked local produce plus a vast array of continental options (the fresh fruit was particularly good!). After having the breakfast on our first day, we looked forward to it on our second day! Great location - minutes from the A12 so very easy to travel to local points of interest if you have a car. Really lovely to stay in a B&B in which the owners make such an effort to make sure the guests enjoy their stay. If I returned to the area I wouldn't hesitant to book here again.

We have just been to Trustans barn for a 4 night stay. It is a beautiful place, with a very comfortable room. Rosie and Sally have put a lot of thought into how to make their guests feel safe in the post COVID era and the tents are lovely! Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, thank you Rosie and Vanessa. Great tips on where to eat, what to do. We will definitely be back to gorgeous Suffolk.

Outstanding in every respect. This was our first trip away since the advent of Covid 19 and we were naturally apprehensive. However it was immediately evident that our lovely hosts Sally and Susie had gone far beyond government recommendations to make us feel secure and safe. The setting and the standard of accommodation was superb and Venessa made exceptional breakfasts. We can thoroughly recommend Trustans Barn without and reservations . Jean & Jim
