I know this place is under construction but do they even have a housekeeper? Hallways and elevator filthy. Room filthy upon checkin. Sheets and towels worn and stained. Room smelled like previous guests food. Floor not vacuumed. Just a disappointment all the way around
What you expect of an IHG property. Friendly staff, clean hotel and great sleep comfort! However, it would have been nice to know that the pool was under construction. I would also recommend more outdoor seating.More
