First of all thanks to Tricia, Bob, and Sean for making our first ever stay at a B&B a memorable one. We stayed in the Wedgewood room. It was very spacious and great location on the back of the house. The bathroom had an antique claw foot tub. The shower pressure was the best!! As for the two breakfasts, superb!!...

My wife and I stayed at the Rose Hill Inn over the July 4th Holiday Weekend. Trish and Bob were absent during our stay, but Sean and Tom took great care of their guests that weekend. The bed in the Regency room was VERY comfortable. We were especially pleased with the delicious breakfasts that were served each morning, promptly at...

We stayed here for 3 nights and everything was perfect. Great central locations in walking distance to the river, Front Street, shops & restaurants. Trish, Bob, and Sean, the owners make you feel right at home. Breakfast was special and served in style.

We are frequent visitors to B&Bs, and we love it when we find one in which we "truely feel at home"! The inn keepers, Bob, Tricia, and Sean, are all wonderful hosts. They are there to help with anything one might need - assistance with luggage, suggestions for shopping or sight seeing, and recommendations for wonderful restaurants. Breakfast is always...

We love B&B's and have made it our mission to use them as much as possible when visiting new cities such as Wilmington. We had a great trip, but experienced both the good and the bad with this home. The Good: This house is a beautiful home outside and in, decorated with classic furniture and high quality antiques. It is...

We often stay in B&Bs, so I feel qualified to rate one. Our stay here was memorable. The room was very large ( the Heritage room), clean, sunny, and well stocked I might add that for these aged bones the mattress was "just right". The breakfast was excellent and ample. My only qualification might be that we would have preferred...

Great location, beautiful house, large room (stayed in the Heritage room), wonderful breakfast, fantastic owners... the list goes on for how wonderful the Rosehill Inn is. The bathroom was quite small, but it was fine for the two nights we stayed there. The owners were very knowledgeable about the area and gave me some great recommendations for stores and restaurants....

My husband and I have stayed at the Rosehill Bed and Breakfast on two occasions, while visiting our cillege kids. The Inn is comfortable and in a great part of downtown Wilmington, within walking distance to many nice restaurants and events, but outside of the busiest part of the city. The hosts, Bob and Tricia, are warm and inviting, providing...

Fantastic house in the old district in Wilmington. The room, Carolina room, was great and cosy in old style 19th century design. The owners of the inn are very friendly and helpfull. The breakfast is outstanding and is served in the old dining hall. If visiting Wilmington this is the place to stay!!!
