Very great place stay! Loved pool and Hot tub, as long they working. Great service , freindly , location perfect, rooms nice , great customer Serives. Only problems hot tub not working , try there best fix and fridge didn’t work. Overall nice place to stay
We were pleasantly surprised by both the quality of the hotel and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. This was just a stop over late night check in between two distances. Check in was very good —quick and easy. However once we got to our room we realized that the one small queen bed was not going to work for my 6 foot 4” husband and me, his not so small wife! We returned to the desk and the desk clerk Miss Nina immediately found us a new room with a king sized bed and very cheerfully ensured sure that the room had towels, etc. we really appreciated this last minute change and it made the difference in our nights sleep. Later we asked for a recommendation for dinner and she suggested the restaurant next-door and as she promised the food was great. I would highly recommend this hotel especially during the Covid crisis. The room was clean, everyone is wearing masks and the pool is still open which appears to be a novelty in this date and time. Thanks Miss Nina for making our vacation week very special.…
Front desk clerk was high on drugs. Asked for my username to log into system. When I told her I didn’t work there and that she needed to log in to do that, she then proceeded to show me her resume. Besides that, bathroom door didn’t lock. Toilet lid didn’t stay open. Shower pressure couldn’t put out a fire. Not worth $230 a night. I will never stay here again and I suggest no one else does either.
Staff was helpful. From start to finish. Manager engaged in a conversation with my kid & didn’t get annoyed by his constant questions. I was impressed. They made us feel welcomed and I’d definitely stay again.
I traveled alone to spend time with my daughter who's at UNCW and to enjoy the beach. This hotel is about halfway between both. Though this hotel isn't as large as some of the other chains, it has been clean, cozy, nicely decorated, with comfortable beds both the times I stayed there. The staff is always exceptional, and the indoor, heated pool and spa area has a great relaxing ambiance. For the money spent, it it a great option.
