Great location, older but in good shape. Quiet and the room was arranged well. I liked that there were 3 separate areas: bed, kitchen and living room. The staff was friendly and helpful. I appreciate cold bottled water available during the day.

I LOVED this place! From the start, Nancy was a doll....reservations were made a month ago and then when I met her she remained just the same....delightful. Also dealt a lot with Jason and he was a jewel as well. This is similar to a bed and breakfast in that it has individually furnished rooms.....each room is themed. I honestly...

Arrived mid-week and checked in to the Marilyn Suite. The room was nicely decorated, modern and outfitted with quality appliances. I can't believe the price we paid was for a suite in the heart of downtown. It was better than anticipated and very reasonable in my opinion. The bath towels were huge and very soft and absorbent! The staff was...

We had a very enjoyable stay for 3 days. The staff was very helpful and nice. The kitchenette was nice to have in order to prepare our own gourmet meals. We will return and stay there. Very good value stay in the historic district of Wilmington. Convenient to everything. Great small grocery store across street with anything you could want....

Perfect size rooms for multiple night stay - so cozy and great downtown location in the heart of all the restaurants and attractions. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. Even thought they don't have a restaurant on site, they provide complimentary drinks and snacks in the lobby which is great touch. I would definitely recommend this inn for anyone...

Historic little hotel that feels more like studio apartments. Blocks from the river, and near all the restaurants and bars but tucked away nicely. Exposed brick, wood floors, and your own porch with rocking chairs add to the charm.

Hotel was immaculate and close to everything. Grounds were so pretty as well. Keurig in the room would have been a real plus as leaving your room to go to office was a little inconvenient. Eric, the owner - super nice guy- helped us out when we discovered we had a nail in our tire- drove us right to the...

This place is 'best kept secret' status for me. It's definitely not flashy or appointed like a lot of new hotels; but if you can look past that, there's a roguish charm about it that makes it worthwhile. The rooms are clean, if dated, and the staff is extremely courteous and helpful. And the location is ideal; you can walk...

old interiors, beautiful surroundings, walking distance from the riverfront. Really enjoyed my stay, comfortable room with beautiful view and free wifi. No cafeteria but they have a snacks bar which have fresh and good choice.

This is an older hotel but it is very well kept up and was clean. The staff was wonderful and friendly. They were so pleasant on the phone they were the deciding factor on where I was going to stay. I wish we could have stayed more than one night but we will be back.
