Our daughter got married at a nearby venue. This inn met our needs perfectly. The suites were a nice size and were very clean. In addition to other rooms, we booked the Railroad Room which was a great space for the bride and her bridesmaids to get ready prior to the wedding. The staff members were friendly and accommodating. The...

We were disappointed with our room (we stayed in the Marilyn Monroe room). We felt it was overpriced and is in need of a major renovation. On a positive note, the room was clean, and the location is excellent. There is lots to see and do in Wilmington.

The good part is (as you see in other reviews) is the location. Also staff at the desk (the only staff we saw) was friendly. The bad part is the property itself. The courtyard is attractive enough but the room is long in the tooth and overdue for renovation (after all it IS a business). For the price I would...

My wife and I took a road trip down south but decided to stay in Wilmington for 4 nights. We loved the Wilmingtonian. It had character unlike a lot of suite type hotels. We stayed in the Paris room which was roomy, bright, clean and had a kitchen and washer/dryer. WE absolutely loved the verandah overlooking the courtyard for morning...

Stayed with my wife for our honeymoon in the Paris suite. Couldn't have been treated better or made to feel more like royalty for our special night. The front desk was quick to help my wife print out her boarding pass and made suggestions for the ultimate dining experience that downtown has to offer. Thanks again for making our stay...

This is a great location with ample parking downtown. You are 2 blocks from the waterfront and 2 blocks from the heart of downtown. And the price of the rooms was reasonable. My beef is that the property is older and shows its age. Not as clean as we would have liked and has a musty odor. Breakfast was a...

Absolutely love this place. Such a cute quant place. This was our 2nd time staying here. Love that the places have washer and dryers. Each of the rooms are very cute. Love that the place offers coffee fruit and snacks around the clock. Price is perfect.

We picked this hotel for the central location and were a little nervous because of some derogatory comments, but I will definitely stay at this hotel again! Parking was not an issue. Yes, it is dated and yes, it needs some paint, but from the initial greeting at the desk to the cleaning ladies,we felt very welcomed. Someone complained about...

Not a cookie cutter place. Our suite was regatta themed. Newly painted, fresh curtains and other updates. Well priced and steps from downtown restaurants, river walk and Thallian Hall. Large, with separate bedroom, small kitchenette with sink, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, utensils. Separate sitting are with cafe table and two outdoor chairs overlooking inner courtyard. Definitely would stay there again.

Stupid...room smelled gross!!!!!!!
