We stayed at the KOA in Wilmington for a weekend getaway. We have a 20ft tag along trailer. Our site was right beside the playground. This was great for our two small children. However, I would probably avoid this site during busy summer months. I would expect it to be noisy. Pros: very friendly staff, clean restrooms, nice pool area...

We have been traveling for about a month and have stayed at many campgrounds. This by far was the nicest one so far. We stopped here unexpectedly as we were traveling through NC. We did the night check-in and picked site 28. We had a nice patio, firepit and table and chairs. We didn't get to explore until the next...

Site 27. Excellent. Pull Through, Concrete pad with seating and provided gas grill. Very good Internet. Easy Access to everything.dog park was clean and tidy. Amazingly quite for it's proximity to the main road.

This is the best KOA we have ever stayed at. Very clean and the staff couldn't be better. Sites are large so that you don't feel like you are sharing the site. No problem with roads thru park. Best way to enter is from Market St north,so park entrance is on right side. We will def stay here again.

I found the KOA in Wilmington to be a perfect get away for a family and especially with pets. The facility was clean and staff was professional and friendly. It fit the needs that we were looking for perfectly!

I stayed by myself in a small deluxe cabin in September and had a fantastic time. KOA welcomed my son and his girlfriend (who live locally) to come over and have a cookout with me. They had such a great time they're making plans for a camping visit themselves. The bed was very comfortable and they even provided a gift...

Great Campground. If you can get one of their premium patio sites. Get it. They have wrought iron patio furniture, weber grills, patio pavers, and nice trees, also the Campground has little herb gardens throughout the Campground and they invite you to take whatever you need.

Great vacation spot for the family with lots to do nearby. Spacious lots, easily accommodated my 43ft 5er with no issues. Met great people and an outstanding crew that works there. Bought some fire wood from the front store it was delivered before I made it back to my sight. Would definitely stay there again.

We stayed for 5 nights in a "deluxe" Kabin. It was very clean, but very small and VERY expensive. $169 per night plus tax plus $10 for pets (pet fee is good) just wasn't worth what we got. For the same price we could have had a truly deluxe hotel room.
