I booked a room with two beds on priceline.com. For two adults and a child. Which took me to booking.com. When I arrive to my room there was only one bed. A little bit bigger than a twin. Not big enough for two adults. I called downstairs to explain to Vanessa that I’ve booked online for double beds. She explained the way they have it in their system is one bed. I couldn’t understand because I would have NEVER came to this hotel. I asked her how much would it be for a pull out couch or sofa just for my son to sleep on. She said an extra $55. I called Priceline. I already paid $427 and that was supposed to be a discounted price which apparently wasn’t because I only got one bed.Priceline understood my confusion and that it was false advertising. The guy told me he would do his best to give me a double bed with no charge because he couldn’t see why they wouldn’t because they made a mistake. VANESSA immediately said no. The guy told me “I’m assuming I talk to the same person you talk to”. She said no”. The sad part about it is they had the space and all she had to do was say “yes”. She told me before I called Priceline that she had extra rooms. Maybe she got upset because I did call Priceline after she said no but She was so unsympathetic about my issue with the room. Two days later my family runs out of toilet paper. I went downstairs to ask staff there was no one there. I picked up the phone and dial 500 after reading the instructions. I still didn’t get any help. I called the emergency line and I got through to a man but he said he could only help with fire flood and or if I’m locked out of my room. He told me I would have to wait until staff gets there at 10 o’clock. It is 9:17 am at this point. At 12:30pm I gave the front desk a call regarding my concerns. I asked if I could get fresh towels, tissue and if get my room could be cleaned. She explained that biweekly cleaning was all the cleaning they did and if you want any cleaning you’ll have to pay $25 extra. That probably explains why they have roaches. I explained to her that I was only staying seven days. She responded that I will not get any cleaning services then. I have never been somewhere for a whole week especially a hotel and didn’t get my room cleaned at all. How would you guys know if we need anything? tissue, toilet paper, soap, etc. This place is a trap just for money I wouldn’t recommend it even if it was your last dollar. Your moneys better elsewhere. It’s a lot of ambiguity going on.

It is disappointing to see this was your overall experience. As an extended stay hotel we do operate differently than traditional hotels when it comes to office hours, amenities, and services provided such as housekeeping. We understand that this may not be to everyone's liking so we do our best to remain as transparent as possible on our website and when guests check in and sign the registration forms. When it comes to room availability, we are only able to provide what is vacant. Thank you for being our guest and we wish you nothing but wonderful future lodging experiences.

I'll admit it. I was pennywise and pound foolish. I was having my floors refinished and booked a week stay because of the price. Initially, it seemed low bar but for $66/night, I thought why not. I ignored the smell of feet and cigarettes when I went through the side entrance. I never really appraised the other guests, minding my own business instead. The first day, when I killed a bug, I just thought "I'm on the ground floor. Something made it down the hallway". The next day another. I never even took the time to look at what exactly I killed. When at 2am, my daughter woke me up because she saw something moving on the wall, I grumpily turned on the lamp and I didn't see one thing moving, not two or five, I saw no less than 30 adult German cockroaches on the floors and walls! Because of Covid, I had a spray bottle of ammonia, and I started killing as many as I possibly could. In total shock, I noticed tiny black dots and went closer to see what they were. I found about 60 baby roaches. I felt like I was in a horror show! When I checked in, the girl at the front desk told me that if I needed something at night to go to a specific phone and dial 500 and someone would always answer. I waited 10 minutes and no one answered. I told my daughter to start packing. The girl that said sleeping in a Walmart parking lot was better is absolutely right. I packed up as best as I could, sacrificing an already opened box of cereal and anything else that I felt was suspect. When I walked out the side door to my car at about 4am, there was a masked man standing in the dark. He studied us as if he was trying to figure out if we were weak enough for him to take something from. Thank god I didn't send my 15 year old out to the car alone. We made every trip to the car as a pair. I drove off and checked into another hotel. The next day, I called and Vanessa answered the phone. I tried to tell her the story and she told me that my room was non-refundable, which I didn't care about because my credit card company removed the entire charge. I was calling to inform her about the public health and safety issue but she hung up on me. I did call two days later to speak with the general manager, Casandra. I recorded the call and will attach it to the review. Given the situation, she handled it well, but you can pretty much tell that she is aware of the infestation and is just towing the party line. The next day, I drove my friend there during the day and she commented on all the people hanging around the outside of the hotel. After I really noticed them, I think that they are homeless people and addicts that pool their money together for a place to live without drug-use restrictions. This is not a family friendly hotel. This is where you go to commit suicide! For some reason, I can't add the recording. Message me and I will send it.
