Wonderful daily mountain /sky views; great lodging and morning meals, cooked to order; daily golf for the players and shopping for the non-golfers along with a featured time at the Spa. Exciting nearby villages with small shops and restaurants were visited daily. Golf staff took special care of the players by storing clubs and setting up the next day's event...

What a beautiful golf resort! The golf course is beautiful, peaceful and serene. You may get distracted from golf listening to the woodpeckers or staring at the mountains! The resort area is divided into the older section or the newer hotel. The newer hotel rooms have incredible views of the mountains off your rooms patio or balcony. The room itself...

This review pains me to write; I am not sure if 3 stars are enough. I grew up going to what was the Waynesville Country Club, now Waynesville Inn, for everything from regular Friday night Prime Rib, to special occasions like Easter buffet. My family and friends were there ALL THE TIME. As the years have passed, the furnishings (carpet,...

Beautiful setting. The hotel is showing it's age but it's still a great value. Mattress seemed worn out. The breakfast was above average with an omelette station. Breakfast both mornings was included in our package. The hotel was quaint, the service was very friendly.

We booked our room using a phone app. The reviews looked good. We stayed in an old room. The carpet was dirty, the tub was stained and the hot and cold levers were reversed, the wifi quit around 8pm, the chairs were dirty and stained and the room was just generally shabby and not well cleaned or maintained. I have...

We have been to the Inn a few times. We usually use a Groupon. The room is a large one and seems to be clean. The breakfast is outstanding and staff very helpful. The room is rustic and the towels are thick. The view is worth the trip

I've stayed here a couple of times. The inn is a quaint place located in a nice area. The location and inn itself are nice. However, do not come here expecting modern amenities or a "resort". You can view the guest pictures yourself and get a feel for what to expect. The inn is pretty dated, which includes all facets...

Golf is great for the value. Breakfast service and food is par. Dinner service sucks. Hotel needs updating. Beds are ok, shower and toilet need a lot of work. Overall value and tradition of good . They just need to put some more money back into the place and increase the staff and grounds crew.

Our room (Golfview) has a wonderful view AND balcony! We loved that. It is an older resort, but very clean. The closet was big enough for kids to play in!! Close to Waynesville (not walking distance) with lots of small stores. Also, Walmart & other stores close. Ate breakfast there twice & very good (omelets made to order). Overall, nice...
