Such a lovely place. It was old, but clean and the owners were wonderfully delightful people. It was close to downtown and was reasonably priced. Loved the rocking chairs. Good coffe in the office and bear claws to go with the coffee. Lovely!

A clean, comfortable room at a reasonable price that is close enough in to walk around town and check out what Waynesville has to offer. The owners are very nice and make you feel welcome. We were only there one night but would like to return.

Older Hotel that needs updating. Owners were very nice. Clean but not so quiet with neighbors going in and out the screen door constantly. Heater didn't work properly in one of our rooms, so, we either froze or burned up. Great location.

While its def not fancy by any means its clean and cozy. We liked it. The price was very reasonable and it was right in a cute little mountain town with good restaurants. It's old fashioned but to us way more interesting than staying on an ugly highway in a cookie cutter hotel.

OK, there is a time for the Marriott or Hilton, but then there are times for the small town charm that you find with the great hosts at the Oak Park Inn. This is the kind of small town where you meet the neighbors and say hello to people as you walk down the street. And there is nobody friendlier...

Stayed here in peak October wekend. Rate was only about $70 which is half of everywhere else. Older Motel, but clean and comfortable. Stayed just 1 night and can walk to Main Street Shops and Bogarts restaurant. Great place for the price.

The room was not clean. It is an older hotel but you expect it to be clean.. We will not stay there again. We had stayed there in the past and it was fine. My wife cleaned the floors before use. It was really disappointing for $140.00 per night.

After touring the Biltmore in Asheville, we looked on Trip Advisor for something close by - but out of the city. After reading several rave reviews, we called and reserved a room. What a pleasant surprise! Great room with rocking chairs on the front porch, great location to everything downtown, great hosts in Carolyn & Rick - plenty of quick-witted...

Our room was clean, and the area was perfect. Just off of main street. Soft bed. Staff was nice and helpful. We liked being about to sit outside. We were only able to stay one night but we will be back.

This is an older motel, park in front of your room, enjoy sitting on a lawn chair, or walk two or three blocks to downtown. Clean, reasonably priced, great location. Highly recommend this classic motel.
