This hotel is older but very clean. Very reasonable rates. We stayed last September and my husband loved the fact that it had ample trailer parking for our bikes and you could park right outside you door with the motorcycle. Would definitely stay again.

Went for a one night stay in Waynesville- wanted to stay at a place in town where we could walk through the beautiful historic downtown area. Oak Park Inn was the ideal spot. Was greeted by Rick (owner) at the check-in desk. What a great guy and what a fantastic place. Put us in a room in the middle of...

Had a group of 16 people and every single one felt at home. great place as always. always clean and nice. love this place. I love the short walk to downtown and to Bogarts for dinner. The weather was almost 70 degrees in January. couldnt ask for a better weekend.

Stayed in this cute motel on a last minute, one night trip to Waynesville. The Inn is conveniently located to Downtown. The building itself is older, so if you are looking for a modern up to date hotel, this isn't the place for you. It is however, well kept and has very nice grounds. The room was clean, comfortable and...

The motel is an older one but extremely clean with everything you need! The king bed was very comfortable! It is close to downtown and convenient for shopping and restaurants. The innkeepers were wonderful! They provide coffee, tea, hot chocolate and honeybuns and bear claws for breakfast. We will definitely be back!

This is a convenient, unassuming 1950's style motor court up the hill from downtown. If you are expecting a large room that is like a Hampton Inn - keep driving to the Hampton Inn and save these very nice folks a bad review. The rooms are clean, small, cozy - with a small bathroom. Parking right outside your door. Rocking...

This is like an old time motel. It's had some upgrades, but had electric wires everywhere. Not enough plug ins so they had surge protectors all over the place. Headboard of bed was screwed to the wall. Parking spots outside matching your room number, but don't think that is your parking space, because you will be told to park somewhere...

We stayed here for several nights as a family. The inn keepers are wonderful! Anything we needed they provided. Even reservations for restaurants! We had family come in at all times of the night. They were there for them. The rooms are older, but had everything we needed. The office provided coffee, tea, and honeybuns for breakfast. Our family enjoyed...

A vintage style courtyard type motel. People walk about in the evening, sit in the rocking chairs on the porch or hang out on the deck under the giant oak trees. All this just a few steps from the quietly vibrant town of Waynesville. The older style rooms are clean as a whistle and very comfortable. There is an on...

On a serendipitous day trip, we randomly chose to overnight in Waynesville and this place popped up on a quick internet search. We were quite pleased when we pulled in and got a really good price, although we know it's off season and wouldn't expect the same during periods of higher demand. This is an older, 50s-era lodge of the...
