Stayed here recently and found the owners to be extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely concerned for our comfort! The breakfast was very good and more than what we could finish. The fresh apple juice was amazing! Our room was cute with a rustic feel, and spacious. Ceiling fan, window AC unit, fireplace, wifi, and cable tv. Downtown Waynesville is nearby...

We are loving our stay at the Grandview. Jeffrey and Breanna are very gracious hosts! The rooms are very comfortable, filled with antiques and all the comforts of home! The mountain views are great and the proximity to the parkway and Asheville is centrally located. The breakfast is superb and Jeffrey's world travels make for some great story's to listen...

It's always wonderful staying at the Grandview lodge. It's an historic building tucked into a quiet neighborhood. There are two large porches with mountain views as well as the relaxing sound of a spring fed creek across the road. There are old gardens on the property, many apple trees, roses and rhododendron. The property is home to many birds such...

Found this B&B internet searching and are we glad we did. The building is historic, the atmosphere perfect, and the owners are such wonderful people, it was an honor to have met them. Price was very reasonable and excellent breakfast included. Owners have created an eclectic and fun space in Waynesville, an eclectic and fun town. I was on a motorcycle trip and had a mishap. They were very helpful and accommodating. I will definitely come back, and I'm happy to recommend the Grandview Lodge.

My huband and I stayed for 1 night in The Delahonney (?) room 3/27/17. It was our first "together" time after a year and 1/2 of health issues ( triole bypass, brain surgery, etc). We were just looking for a place that was quiet and romantic. What a treat this was. Jeff was so knowledgeable about all the restaurants and...

This B&B is located in Waynesville NC...a 20-25 min drive East of Asheville. Based on the photograph, we thought this lodge was in a "country setting", but turns out it is in a cute little neighborhood close by to the Main Street area. We stayed in the Delanney Room, which was one of the larger rooms which was beautiful. It...

I live in Texas and I was visiting my parents in Raleigh, I wanted us all to take a trip to the Asheville area to see my son. I found the Grandview on line and was intrigued by the pictures. I called and spoke with the owner, Jeffery. There was availability so I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. I...

Tucked away in Waynesville, this is a perfect little gem of a place. With every creak of the floor boards or smell of homemade biscuits - you feel relaxed and at home. Innkeepers are a gracious fit for this quaint, quirky lodge with personality and life experiences to share. Close to everything and the perfect starting and end points to...
