Love this place I will never stay at another band b the staff are so nice and the rooms are lovely and the water is hot! It is way better then the B and B that we just left because it is outrageous to need hot water in a room with a HOT tub

Very friendly staff, very clean. Wonderful food, but would have preferred choices for breakfast, though. Very nice property and walking areas. Ample parking. Large rooms. Beautiful Victorian style house. S'Conset Suite was a beautiful large room with nice gas fireplace.

The room was large and very clean. The King size bed was very comfortable. The gas fireplace warmed us up in the mornings. The breakfast was different each morning and was very good. It was nice to get away from busy Asheville after visiting the Biltmore House. Waynesville is a very nice town with great shopping for a small city....

This B&B is as close to perfect as we have found. The room was s-p-a-c-i-o-u-s and immaculate. It contained a classic style 4 poster bed and a gas fireplace that warmed the room quickly (central heating and cooling also available). The house is a well-preserved 19th century home with all the up-to-date features you might want (WIFI, portable DVR player)...

I went with 5 other women for our annual girl's weekend, and we loved The Yellow House. One of women had been 3 other times and highly recommended it. The rooms we stayed in were all beautiful, charming and immaculately clean. I did not see a speck of dust anywhere, which may explain the 100 rating they have from the...

Our trip to see the fall color was the reason we chose Waynesville, NC. The Yellow House is the reason we'll be going back. It was THE BEST getaway we've ever had! We stayed in the pond house, behind the main house. It was lovely and romantic, more than we had expected! Breakfast at the sunny bay window was scrumptious....

A good friend proclaimed the Yellow House as her favorite B & B so when it showed on our GPS lodging listing, the destination was set. In the midst of brilliant fall color, we knocked on the door and were accepted as walk-ins and for one night (not always possible.) If we had not already been booked in another city,...

This was our first stay in a Bed and Breakfast and as a young couple we had no idea what to expect. Our stay at The Yellow House was a graduation gift from me to my boyfriend and I don't think our 2 nights at The Yellow House could have been more perfect. Shawn and his staff were wonderful; there...

This was our second stay at the Yellow House and we took our best friends. We loved interacting with the other guests during wine & cheese hour and the fantastic breakfasts on the front porch. As always, Shawn and his staff were wonderful - and we love Waynesville.

The Yellow House is a very special place to visit for a quiet and delightful getaway. It is conveniently located to many attractions in western North Carolina, and just far enough off the beaten path to be removed from the hustle. It will serve you equally well as a base camp for visiting the attractions or just retreating into solitude....
