While Virginia has owned the Pamlico House for only a year, the service was exceptional by any seasoned traveller's standards. Informative goodie bags were cute and useful for finding local attractions.

We had a terrific time at the Pamlico House. We were able to relax & take it easy for our anniversary. The town has so much history, culture & great restaurants, hot to mention the Pamlico Sound steps away. We will definitely be planning another trip soon.

We had a wonderful stay at the Pamlico House in Washington. This was a babymoon for us and we were delighted in every way. Our host Virginia was warm and welcoming and our stay there was simply delightful. The bed was especially comfy, (coming from a 9 month pregnant woman, you know it's true). The breakfast was delicious and beautifully...

Beautiful home located a block from the water. Large rooms, private bath and huge front porch. We walked to most destinations, and other points of interest just a quick trip away. A very gracious host, Virginia Finnerty, made the stay very relaxing. Plenty of information is given at check-in and literature available in each room. And the review can't end...

The Inn is lovely, the rooms are beautiful appointed, the location is great (walking distance to downtown), the breakfasts were amazing and (unlike at many other small inns) the water in the shower was hot and plentiful!
