We went with 3 other families (have 4 villas). There were 7 adults and 7 kids ages 5-11. All 4 of the villas were clean and well equipped. The beds were extremely comfortable. We were within walking distance to the ski lodge. The ski resort is a perfect place for beginners. The kids which none had skied before were skiing...

This is a timeshare facility. Location was great and very scenic. When we arrived at 5 pm it was 17 degrees and soon had dropped to 10. The unit was extremely cold and it took a couple attempts at contacting maintenance before someone came and checked the heating. We were told the compressor was out and we would be moved...

Thank you for the kind words, and the feedback. We will share these with our staff. I do apologize you had to relocate once you arrived due to the heat not working properly, and weren't very warm the entire time. Our maintenance team has looked into this issue; and I hope this didn't hinder your stay and ability to enjoy...

As expected, the place was neat and properly equipped. One thing we love about Wyndham properties is the beds are very comfortable. This was no exception. We were pleasantly surprised that there is no evidence of trying to get us into an "infomercial". Simply put, we liked the place.

This facility is located in the Blur Ridge Mountains and has the most beautiful area of the country to visit. Extremely gorgeous mountain views and plenty of surrounding areas to visit and travel while in the area. The area has great activities in skiing and touring, swimming and indoor recreation. This resort has great facilities for all season visits.

Having lived in the open spaces of West Texas for almost fifty years, it was a wonderful getaway to spend a week at Wyndham Sapphire the latter part of September. Our main reason to visit the area was to see the waterfalls, and that we did. But, a highlight of each day was to return to the resort in the...

This 1970s-era timeshare (Fairway Forest section of Wyndham at Fairfield Sapphire Valley) is showing its age but still an acceptable place for some time in the woods. We thought we were booking into the Wyndham-managed portion of the property (which is much better) but were assigned here. There is a symbol code on the booking form for Wyndham-managed, so be...

I was pleasantly surprised with the entire experience. There were plenty of things to do within walking distance of our unit. We played golf on the nice par 3/4 at Red Bird (a deal at $40 for the week!), walked around the 1/4 mile track a few times each night after dinner, met people cooking out around the area at...

If one must be a Wyndham Resorts member (and that's a whole other issue), this is to date the nicest Wyndham property at which we've stayed. The unit was spacious, very clean, and very comfortable. Since our stay was the week before Memorial Day, there were still a few restaurants and attractions in the area that were just opening up...
