We had a very disappointing stay in the stables, which we fedback to the owners, with no response, there were many issues as follows: dead flowers in a vase of brown stagnant water, two packets of cornflakes which had reached their best before date 2 weeks prior, there were two womens magazines that were a year old. Extensive mould in...

Had a fantastic stay over the March long weekend. Plenty of room and everything was supplied for what we needed for a few days. Fantastic location, easy and quick to walk to all restaurants, pubs, cafes, the beach, the Marina and Golf Course. Would recommend it for couples or small family.

Loved the cottage with its old world charm. Although it was a cool weekend and the cottage not warm we enjoyed every minute. The bedrooms were small but cute and the kitchen table was our favorite place. The only annoying thing was the front door that was difficult to lock.

Upon arrival to Annie's Spa Apartment the hot water service was not turned on, when we contacted the owner about this his telephone manner was very rude and unprofessional and he offered no apology for his failure to check the hot water service was turned on prior to our arrival. On inspection of the accommodation we observed the following issues:...

I'm afraid we have to agree with the majority of reviews of this property. When we arrived to No 16, the place was freezing cold and the A/C didn't work, which Ken the owner conceded was true after we called him. He suggested turning on the oven but I couldn't get it to work. As for the cosy fire? No...

First time stay in Robe. Great place and dog friendly however Ken Edwards (manager) charged us ($60) for excessive dog hair. An absolute disgrace. We were allowed to have a dog there and that's why we booked there. We could not see much dog hair and although we were asked to clean the place before leaving there was no vacuum...

We had this bought for us as a Christmas present, 4 days at Annie's Spa Apartment. Sounded great! It was spacious enough however you could see that everything was done on the cheap, from the very uncomfortable bed, that you could feel every wire of, to the calico non block blinds (that had light shining in the windows at night...

We stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed the stay. The cottage has been renovated in part and seems to be still a little work in progress - however the cottage is clean and comfortable although a little spooky at night! Maybe the photos of the original family throughout didnt help but great to see the history and nice that...

Let me start by stating I am reviewing the Patsy Ryan Cottage within this group of accommodation. We informed the caretaker/owner on enquiry that a small dog would be travelling with us. On arrival the outdoor bbq area was separated from a shared driveway by a hedge with multiple escape points! Contacting the owner I was informed the property was...

We read all the reviews and felt confident coming to this accommodation. Re-reading them, it seems that it very much depends on which place you get put in. We called the number supplied when we arrived in Robe and was told that the person on the other end was just back from leave and didn't know anything about us and...
