After over a year in the outback surrounded by sparse vegetation, dust and heat, we chose Riverton to catch ch with friends immediately after returning from the wild. We found the caravan park to be peaceful and relaxing for a midweek, the trees provided shade, the sites generous, especially important with return home involves two cars, a trailer and a big 24’ caravan. We were warmly welcomed at reception, were free to choose a site that suited us and use as much room as we needed - oh so appreciated. The facilities are the cleanest, well appointed and best kept that I have seen for many years of travelling. It’s a nice walk into town where the people and businesses are so friendly and welcoming. We will be back here when we pass this way. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great camp kitchen, fire bucket provided. Walking distance to Main Street. Thank you will come again.

This is a beautiful park with great amenities. The minute you drive in you feel at home with the lovely shady areas and beautiful grounds. The service when you call is extremely accommodating and very friendly. I would say a must stop park.

We stayed at Riverton betweem Clare and Barossa Valleys for one night in June. Camped near ablution block and laundry. All very clean and modern. Reception friendly. We were permitted to have an open fire and it was great.

What a top little Caravan Park. Wonderful Hosts & super clean amenities with great Camp Kitchen, Loved it. We have been passed many times without calling in, not anymore, a great destination with Children's Playground onsite, abundance of trees for shade & grassy sites.
