Lovely park. Enjoyed the pool , lots of shade. Just found Bbqs were not clean when tried to use them on our last night. Also a bit disappointed to be told becaus we were staying 7 nights we had to have a gravel site. This was very hot even in the shade on the 40 degree days we spent there....

Thanks for your feedback. The BBQs are cleaned daily, it is not practical to have staff available to clean them after every use, we rely on guests considering the next users but unfortunately this doesn't always happen. In relation to the grass site, they can recover more quickly after less than seven days use, hence we use them for short...

Great park, in great location. Very impressed with the new pool perfect for the hot days we had. Expect to be woken at 4am by the noisy kookaburras ! Then again at 6 by the flocks of galahs. We will return.

The positives include clean facilities, great pool, big trees and lots of lawn. Improvements could be empathetic manner on phone and greater trust and security around use of camp fridge. At 6am we discovered our bag of food for breakfast and lunch whilst traveling home had been stolen. Very disappointing.

Glad you liked the park. The 'fridges in the camp kitchen are used on an 'honour' basis as you said, unfortunately we, like most areas, do suffer from the occasional spate of crime, it is not often but annoying to guests when it does and frustrating to us. We do ask for, and get, regular police patrols through the park...

Night manager rude and unhelpful when we asked to have our second car stored inside the gate. He said it would be safe outside the gate. Two nights later our children's unique World Cup soccer ball was stolen overnight from outside the tent. Proves they were wrong and rude.

Many caravan parks only permit one vehicle per site to enter their parks, we will try and accommodate a second vehicle where possible, this will depend on the time of day, being unable to issue gate codes after the office is closed, type of accommodation being used and site sizes. This policy can cause annoyance to some people but we...

Lovely setting, lots of nicce parkland, camp kitchen, games room and a nice pool. Nice clean cabins with good facilities in cabin. Very small ensuite but adequate. We stayed in a cabin that was advertised as sleeping up to 5 people. Although sleeping facilities would take 5 personally I would not want to sleep 5 in the cabin. It would...

Nice location, clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay in our cabin. The pool adds extra value! Close to shops, vineyards and easy access to get around in Barossa. We can recommend you to stay here and take an extra few nights so you have time to relax!

From the moment we checked in to time we departed we could not fault the managers, the facilities and the location of the park. .The ensuite, the pool and the common facilities were well maintained and spotlessly clean. We will definitely return to this park.
