Basic room but nice place to meet people on your tour before you go. Live music was on in the evening, nice and chilled. Pancakes for breakfast but only half hour slot so stressful atmosphere to get them. Lockers available and friendly staff. Also nice pool.

I'm staying here ahead of doing the Fraser Island Dingos tour and it is filthy. The rooms are pretty basic but fine - our lock didn't work when we checked in but the staff fixed it quickly. The bedrooms have en-suite wet rooms to share between 7-8 people which is not ideal, and because they are wet rooms they are...

I believe Fraser and Dingos are all one big place now but it was expensive for a hostel at $99 for a double with no air con and the TV didn't work. Check out was 9:30 a.m. which seems a bit early; but to top it off they began to knock on the door at 5 past 9 a.m. to...

We aren't usually a dorm kind of couple as we don't like sharing with other people but on recommendation from a friend we thought we would try the 4 bed dorms. The dorm was clean and we liked the toilet and shower were in the room. There was also a separate tap for water. The beds weren't the comfiest but...

The hostel itself was not the worst, I have stayed in worse hostels. On the other hand The 4x4 adventure trip on Fraser was the biggest waste of money. You get up at the crack of dawn just to be left waiting around then eventually you have your safety briefing. By the time you get going you have wasted well...

Terrible, I got bed bug bites, more than 200. The service also wasn't great, not very helpful, when the aircon broke down they said you need to wait till the morning.... not very helpful at all. Disappointing.

Only stayed at this hostel one night. But it is a clean and tidy hostel! You have two kitchen areas and plenty of hobs to cook on! The rooms are tidy and the air con works well. It is in a decent location for the greyhound and the beach also.

Before we did the fraser island tour we stayed at the dingo backpackers. Somoene has vomited and for 2 days we could smell the scent. The toilets as well as the shower was dirty and we couldn't really sleep because it was so loud. The fraser island tour itself was disappointing. We paid so much for what we got and...

Really enjoyed our stay and frazer island tour with Dingos! They offer a free pancake breakfast, have 2 pools and free wifi so can't complain! Our tour guide was called Joel and was lovely! Joel played his guitar and sang by the camp fire on the second night on the trip so it was super special!

Recently checked out of this hostel which was a lucky escape as a lot of tourist belongings were stolen over night, phones, purses, money had been stolen from people's bags which were next to their beds one from the bed while the person/s were sleeping in the room, one room had said 4 people had checked into a 7 bed...
