It is a hotel with personel speaking other languages as chinese. Rooms are very comfortable and the dining facilities are great. Specially the walking buffet is a must. Even Western food is available. Nice place to have a lunch on a sunday afternoon. There are a lot of facilities.

Arrived later in the evening so not much chance to experience much of what the hotel had to offer. I should have new something was up, when I noticed in the morning the earplugs by the bedside table .The rooms were okay, the bed reasonably comfortable, but the street noise in the morning woke me around 6am and I couldn't...

This hotel seems to attract many expats in the region; it is close to the centre of this very nice and peaceful city. The hotel in itself is a standard 4 star hotel, with a pompous lobby, good rooms, but it features a good western breakfast too, as well as nice amenities, like electrical adaptor and computer in the rooms,...

This is my first time to Yangzhou. The overall look of hotel is good. The room is clean and pretty good size. It was December and the insulation of windows is pretty poor. As someone from US; we are use to be able adjust room temperature to our only need. However; the heater just can’t push the temperature up. Maintenance...

Stayed 10 nights from Oct 16. Buffet still excellent value (108rmb for inhouse guests), tried the new Casa Ramada buffet which is same price but food not of the same quality. Thankfully now the restaurant is completely non-smoking. Front desk staff very helpful as is housekeeping and room service. Gym still tired and bereft of equipment but had a great...

I have stayed at this hotel at least 6 times the past 4 years. It has improved quite a bit over the years, front desk staff now have reasonable language skills. Gym is OK , but sauna/spa area excellent though this area costs extra to enter. There is now though an Ibis Hotel that has opened which may attract the...

I've stayed here a few times now. As usual the staff are friendly and helpful. From my limited experience of the food it seems adequate. The rooms are clean and reasonably well appointed. Sufficient for most business travelers I would suggest. Certainly this is not a flashy hotel but certainly should meet the requirements of most people.

Nice modern facility. I've stayed here at least 5 times without any unpleasant surprises. The rooms are quiet, large, clean, and well equipped (although the beds are very firm). Good breakfast buffet included with Western and Chinese selections including an omlette station. Decent selection of Western meals on the menu. Walking distance to a shopping centre.
