With realistic expectations, flexibility, and some prior planning, you will be more than happy here. It is certainly not a luxury hotel, but it doesn't try to be, nor does it need to be. It is a modest inn in a fairly remote area that provides a great home base for exploring Stone Mountain State Park. The greatest advantages of...

I love the high meadows inn in roaring gap, my family and I had the best time! The beds were so comfy and while the rooms were a little dated you can't get anything else for the price. The restaurant Nikola's was delicious and had a great environment, we are definitely going back!!!!!

I stayed here on a get away with my boyfriend. Rooms were clean and had everything we wanted. Owner/ manager was very friendly and informative about the area. The restaurant they own on the property was very nice as well. Great food. Highly recommend for a nice stay in the mountains.

Exterior is a little rough, but our room was clean and well maintained. The restaurant (Nikola's) was awesome. Not alot to do in the area except for Stone Mountain, but a great little place to go and relax.

Booked this hotel based on a decent Tripadvisor rating. We arrived late to find leaves piled up in front of the room entry door. Inside, our room had a musty, mildew odor. Could not open the windows, and the deadbolt lock on the inside of the door didn't work. The TV didn't work either. Carpet was stained, beds were low...

I upgraded to the King room and and it was very roomy and clean. Our bed was comfortable. Yes the hotel is older but our room was clean and didnt have and...

Room was large, but that is the only positive part of the room. The beds were horribly uncomfortable and buckled in the middle. The linens may have been original to the hotel when it opened in the 60s. It was generally dirty, with burn holes in the gross carpet and hairs from other guests in the bathroom. The high ceilings...

Charming motel just off the Blue Ridge Parkway. Also has a great restaurant with wonderful Italian and American fare. Beautiful setting to wake up to. The owner made homemade muffins and great coffee an hour early to make our stay very special. A vacation gem
