I've always had a nice experience at this hotel. Compared to the others, its the best in the triangle. The management staff was great even though they're remodeling. I highly recommend anyone to stay here when in town. Mark, the manager, is the best. I can count on him when issues arise. So the next time I come into town,...

Visited relatives at this hotel and would Not let them stay here! The hallway smelled of urine which is totally unacceptable right off the bat for me. The room itself looked clean with a small step out balcony; but the loud, hot AC unit makes that a huge window since you can't sit out there. The entire place definitely shows...

The staff are not helpful, they over charge you, they call you repetitively, they're housekeeping is nonexistent, and they're just rude and disrespectful. I would advise you too look for somewhere else. They suck and this hotel sucks. 😡😡😡

My fiancé and I decided to take a 2 week road trip from NY to NC and then to Alabama. We booked this room through booking.com at $55 per night for a 2 night stay. We knew this hotel was going to be a coin toss based on other people's reviews. Here are the positives: Very nice beds, linens, pillows...

Booked a week at the Regency Suites in Raleigh with my family of four. Pulling up to the hotel the first night we arrived we see some suspicious people walking around the parking lot. With two small kids I didn't feel safe. The hotel has a strange smell - smelled like smoke even though there was a sign on the...

My husband and I stayed here for two nights to attend a concert. We are not from the area and did not know anything about the hotel or the area. It is a sketchy area of Raleigh. Our first impression was seeing a used condom on the parking lot ground right outside the entrance. We entered our "king suite" to...

Room smelled badly of stale smoke. Carpet was disgusting. Everything including carpet and beds felt damp. We didn't even want to take our shoes off. I will write a bad review on every website and social media site I can. This place is gross.

We were in Raleigh for two nights and I booked this hotel thinking it was a part of another chain of hotels. I was horribly wrong! The rooms smell, furiture terrible although the staff is very friendly and did try their best. While we were out looking at houses as we are moving, someone stole our son's backpack with his...

I had to make last minute changes and chose the Regency Suites--a big mistake. The room's carpet was dirty, the furniture had seen it best days many years ago. I was there six nights and my bed was made up twice (sheets pulled up), twice I came back to my room to find clean towels tossed on the table. The...
