Front desk was fabulous for helping with questions about the area and other needs. The location is great for walking around, paid on site parking was secure and rubbish free and the room was comfortable, spacious and a decent bathroom as well.

The worst snow/ice storm and Kessa was so helpful. She made sure we had a room if we needed to stay an extra night and she also looked up some Marriott's on our way home to see if any had available space in case the roads got too bad to travel. She was very friendly and smiled the whole time.

Once again I had a great experience at Raleigh Marriott City Center. Due to the inclement weather recently in the city I had to extend my stay for more 2 days. I haven't had any inconvenience, in contrary the team was very corteous and quick responsive. I like the food and beers at Rye Bar & Restaurant, on Fridays and...

Stayed two nights here. Liked having valet service as it was difficult locating the parking deck. Check in was quick and the staff was very courteous. The rooms were clean but small. I received double beds. Didn't know that hotels still had double beds. They were comfortable but again small. It was quite. Could walk to restaurants and to many...

Actually, our rooms with two beds feature Queen size beds. There are no traditional double beds in our hotel. Bill Hofmann General Manager Raleigh Marriott City Center

Much to my dismay, I was sorely disappointed in our recent stay at the Marriott City Center, Raleigh, NC. The mattresses are HORRIBLE and in desperate need of replacement - our backs are screaming ! Although the lobby area has been renovated, the guest rooms & bathrooms are dated. Thank goodness for the restaurant manager Joanna, who offered the only...

We apologize that you were not completely satisfied with your recent stay. Marriott mattresses generally get oohhs and ahhhs for their sleep comfort. For all future guests: weekends in Raleigh are consistently the busiest days of the week. If one is looking for a quiet escape than this wouldn't always be the best destination. Once again, please accept my apologies....

I'm a Marriott Platinum member; needless to say I stay with them a lot. Housekeeping not what from Marriott; especially full service downtown. After the first day of not cleaning my bathroom, I took before and after shots. Made the bed and took the garbage. Didn't take soiled towels left from day ONE or dirty glass and flatware. Before and...

Very nice hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the stay. Restaurant was nice as well. Rooms and hotel was clean. Parking in a garage under the hotel. Will return. Area was good, away from all the traffic. College close but not noisy and cluttered with college students.

I stay once a year here for a conference that is in December. Great location with indoor walking to convection center. My only concern is the slow valet service as 3 times my associate had to wait 20-30 minutes for his vehicle and it made us late for a few things. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

Very nice hotel in a good location. Rye restaurant in lobby is pretty good, but not cheap. Rooms are roomy and comfortable. The hotel is walking distance to everything in downtown Raleigh. Take a shuttle and skip the rental car. Will stay here again.

We were essentially in the hotel for about 7 hours for sleep before a tour at NC State, but we were very impressed with the decor and atmosphere of the hotel. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Looking forward to returning for a longer stay!
