Nestled in with wonderful shops and restaurant. Room decor looks like various odds and ends. Reading light did not work. Guests across hall arrived at 3 a.m. City Centre is the better hotel in terms of staff and atmosphere.

Even with construction going on it was a great place to stay! Staff was courteous and helpful! Will be back for sure! Right in the middle of lots of shops and restaurants! All within walking distance!

Renovations underway as mentioned by other reviews. Extremely loud during the day. As a consequence restaurant is closed. If you are on the I440 side and are a light sleeper....bring earplugs! Seriously use your earplugs and you'll be OK. The location in North Hills area is great. Good restaurants and shopping right there. Walk out of the hotel and there...

Craig and Jamel rendered impeccable customer service. They were mutually very congenial and cordial engulfed with professionalism. I would like to request positive documented recognition for both Craig and Jamel in lieu of their warmth and hospitality. A+++++ ☺☺☺

I have now stayed at this hotel twice and both time been impressed with the finish and decor of the hotel as well as the amenities of the surrounding shops and restaurants. However when I transition from social time to sleep the wheels come off the preverbal tracks. During my first stay of the hotel the road noise from the...

This is the second or third time that we have stayed in this hotel. The rooms are clean (free of mold and mildew) and fully functional. Beds are very comfortable and the staff are friendly and helpful. The only downside and the reason for the 4 star instead of 5 star rating are two things. There is no full service...

The hotel is located in the North Hills, an outdoor shopping area located in midtown Raleigh. Although it is not in downtown Raleigh, it is 4.7 miles away, it is a perfect location. And the hotel, besides being in that great space, is perfect. Good and comfortable facilities, very efficient staff, nice and well trained, great breakfast, parking lot. Clean...
