Wonderful rooms, peaceful setting and the nicest hotel staff I've ever met! Karen showed us every detail of the room, made great recommendations for local food. You can walk anywhere in town should you need to leave that comfortable room overlooking the harbor. Absolute 5 stars. -C&D H

The owners/hosts, the accommodations, and the hospitality leaves nothing to be desired. We were so delighted with our stay and suite, we can't imagine staying anywhere else!!!!! George and Betty could not be nicer or more accommodating and we can't wait to go back. Captain's Landing is GREAT..!!!!!! Grant and Christie Smith

We stayed here one night on our first but not last visit to Ocracoke. Our room (102) was perfect for us. Small sitting area with a full kitchen. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dish and cookware which we did not use except to make a big pot of tea. The living room and bedroom each have a sliding...

I dont understand why im the only review complaining about all the noise you can here. Let me start by explaining that we loved staying here EXCEPT we stayed on the first floor. You could HEAR EVETYTHING that was going on upstairs. You could hear walking and what sounded like furniture moving. I reccomend staying on the second floor if...

Just like somebody else said on here, I wish I could have stayed longer!! Right from the beginning with my check in, the lady at the front desk was just as nice as she could be, met the owners, George and Patty. George offered to help me with my bags, I declined, I need all the exercise I can get....

Captain's Landing is a one-of-a-kind place to stay while visiting Ocracoke. Super clean rooms, very comfortable furniture to sit and relax on after a day of exploring. Every single person we met while there was truly interested in our complete satisfaction. The views are incredible. Sit on your water front balcony and watch the sun set. Definitely worth checking on...

The innkeeper (Betty) and her husband were very accessible if we had any problems or concerns. Betty especially was attentive to details and charming beyond compare. Our room could not have been any more special than it was, especially in that we had 1-1/2 bathrooms! We will definitely plan a repeat visit! Linda and John, Avalon, NJ
