We always try to stay here when we are visiting the Valley for less than a week. Allen is always so responsive and helpful and we love that can bring our dogs! The rooms have been remodeled and the beds are super comfy. There is some road noise but given the proximity to hiking, Cataloochee, Cherokee and everything else, that is a very small price to pay. If you are looking for a no-frills place with true southern hospitality, then look no further!

Our Riding club stays every spring for Thunder in the Smokies and Allen has always treated us well and goes above and beyond for us. We will always stay here. Rooms are clean and pets are allowed. All the little things you need are provided. Allen is available to handle any issues right away.

Came into town for a night and Alan, the owner was great. It's not the biggest nor is it the flashiest like some of the others but the place was very clean and comfy and the owner was a great help. I HIGHLY recommend this little place to anyone who wants a nice, clean place to stay and don't want to pay casino hotel prices.

Room was very clean, plenty of towels, and lots of hot water with good pressure. As a senior female traveling alone to dog shows, clean and safe are high priorities for me. This hotel hit the mark on both. I also do not like being gouged on pet fees when my dogs are only in the room over night and they sleep in crates. This place is very reasonable in that respect. Owner very nice and helped me out when the local Zaxby's sold me a salad to go and did not include a fork. I don't care about not having breakfast as I am off to the dog show very early. A bit odd not having the office open, but not a problem for me. Will definitely stay again and will recommend.

We were on the 3rd day of a 12 day trip. Got it last minute through Hotels.com. I can not remember the room, except I remember thinking I would not stay here again. Too high priced for the value and not very clean. I would say this is more like a room you pay $50 for but it is high because of the location in the mountains. We paid over $90!
