After asking for a 1st floor creekside room for 4 people my wife, 2 sisters and myself, I was told we had that reserved. Got there, did not have creekside instead the view was a wall of next building. Didn't argue, just said well we can go to the creekside and enjoy each other's company. Went and asked for more...

This is a hotel would fit the "back in the day" category. It is very clean, carpet and paint looks relative recent, large room and bath, flat screen tv, and comfortable bed. Furniture is dated and in good condition. It doesn't have all of amenities of a modern facility. The breakfast is all cold, no eggs, waffles, meat, etc. I...

Called to get a drive up first floor room, was assured we had it! Wrong! Wife has had two knee surgeries and can't do stairs well. Had to walk up two flights carrying heavy bags. When we brought it to the clerk's attention, he called us liars. WOW...... nice reaction on their part. Never will we stay there again......

Stayed there a few weeks ago and it was very nice. The rooms are large and very clean. The continental breakfast was lacking and we chose to eat elsewhere. The pool was closed and if I would have know that I would have chosen another place. The porch was nice overlooking the creek. All in all I would recommend this...

My son and I took spring break trip to Asheville. He is a non-verbal autistic 12 year old. The people at the four seasons were so friendly and inviting that he took right to them. It felt wonderful to be in confortable for him and the sound of water was prefect for relaxing.

I can't say enough about this motel esp. the mgr. I had a serious medical emergency while there that required hospitalization and they were VERY accommodating to us and my daughter's who came from Fl to be with me.

We stayed only one night and were sorry to have to leave - a very comfortable and quiet place in a great location. Enjoy the rocking chairs on the balcony listening to the sound of the creek! The rooms are clean and spacious.

I made a mistake by making a reservation somewhere else ($1 price difference) and thinking I made one here (there was no email confirm.). The owner thinking that he made a mistake offered us a room for the same price. Seeing that my grandmother is elderly he promised a room on the 1st floor with a deck. We also had...

The room was clean and well kept. We had a pretty view of the creek from the balcony in back. My 3 year old was hoping to play in the creek but unfortunately, no location gave you access to the creek, it was at least a 3ft steep drop from all places. Hoping to play in the pool, we arrived...
