Very happy with our room, service and price. Loved the view and sound of Jonathan Creek. The King size room was a big and roomy. Hotel seemed to be full every night we were there. Breakfast was good. Will stay again!! Would recommend to family and friends.

Before booking a room here I reviewed the facility on tripadviser. Over 80% of the raters rated this facility very good or excellent (4 or 5 star). These raters either had a different room from ours or they need a reality check about motel/hotel quality and cleanliness. If this inn was in good physical condition I would rate very good... More

The room we had reserved was bad!! Carpet was badly stained. You won't want to walk on it. Asked for another room and it was worse. The lobby was not in good shape either. That should have told us something right there. Asked for refund on deposit as we could not stay there, was told they have a 48 hr.... More

Yes one reason we chose this place was because of the rockers on back porch facing creek. Clean and owner helpful in resolving any issues. Not the most knowledgeable check in help. No early check in on Sunday. Loosen up folks.

After asking for a 1st floor creekside room for 4 people my wife, 2 sisters and myself, I was told we had that reserved. Got there, did not have creekside instead the view was a wall of next building. Didn't argue, just said well we can go to the creekside and enjoy each other's company. Went and asked for more... This is a hotel would fit the "back in the day" category. It is very clean, carpet and paint looks relative recent, large room and bath, flat screen tv, and comfortable bed. Furniture is dated and in good condition. It doesn't have all of amenities of a modern facility. The breakfast is all cold, no eggs, waffles, meat, etc. I... More

Called to get a drive up first floor room, was assured we had it! Wrong! Wife has had two knee surgeries and can't do stairs well. Had to walk up two flights carrying heavy bags. When we brought it to the clerk's attention, he called us liars. WOW...... nice reaction on their part. Never will we stay there again......

Stayed there a few weeks ago and it was very nice. The rooms are large and very clean. The continental breakfast was lacking and we chose to eat elsewhere. The pool was closed and if I would have know that I would have chosen another place. The porch was nice overlooking the creek. All in all I would recommend this... More

My son and I took spring break trip to Asheville. He is a non-verbal autistic 12 year old. The people at the four seasons were so friendly and inviting that he took right to them. It felt wonderful to be in confortable for him and the sound of water was prefect for relaxing.
