The staff are amazing. If you ever need anything they are lore than willing to go out of there way to help you get what you need. Also any time I needed water the front staff hooked me up with more than I needed.

Hampton is building a new facility. Extremely happy about that; the first room we had had a dampness issue. Room next door was much better. Staff was great and helpful in giving us another room and once moved my allergies improved!

The lumberton Hampton Inn is an older hotel with no elevators. Rooms are adequate but the attitude and service provided by the staff equals any of Hampton's newer hotels. A new Hampton is under construction across the street (with elevators). It looks nice but the shiny new building cannot match the friendliness of the "old hotel" staff.

It was very late and we were very tired and hungry when we pulled into the Hampton Inn, Lumberton, NC. Overpriced, bathroom filthy, does NOT clearly state pet policy and we were charged over $100. for having a SMALL pet (under 15 lbs). Not up front, but a month after we stayed here for one night. Rooms are entered from the exterior and they are upfront about that. They don't tell you the 8 or 10 rooms located in the lobby part of the building are accessed from the interior. Room was far from my normal Hampton experience. The television didn't work and the rep who came to help us could not get it to work....

A new Hampton is being built across the street ... That's the good news. Traveling to fla to see our granddaughter we enjoyed the pool area it was very clean breakfast was perfect everyone one was went out of there way to be helpful and nice. We will definitely stop here again

This hotel was very clean and comfortable. Everything was up to par. Our room had a little worn paint in corners, and it is a little out of date. Soon this inn will have a new location with elevators and all the amenities. This inn didn't have an elevators to the second floor of the main building. The staff was great and most helpful. There was someone who would have carried my bag upstairs.

I really appreciated how friendly and helpful the staff were. Everyone had a believable smile. ;) Our room was clean and cool when we arrived. Breakfast hit the spot and the coffee was on time.
