Could not have been better! A quaint old in with tons of personality. The hosts were fabulous and very kind. Spent a great deal of time exploring the history of the place and it was fun. The rooms are all done with a personal touch of the original builder and the location on the mountain was perfect. Very pet friendly....

This hotel caters to motorcyclists and outdoor adventurists. Mike and his wife Lynn own and run the place and are very helpful. Mike spent over 2 hours assisting me with a motorcycle maintenance issue - and he bakes a mean pie!!

I visited Skyline for the first time this past July and was pleasantly surprised! I can't believe how awesome this place is. It's right off the Parkway, with million dollar views, wonderful owners who make breakfast and dinner with wonderful conversation, and the rooms are cozy, clean and quaint. It is the PERFECT mountain retreat. I wrote a review because...

Having recently returned from a stay at another old restored place I had low expectations for this inn. I was so wrong! This place was lovely... made even nicer by the kindness of the owners. It was like stepping into a time capsule, a very clean time capsule! I loved my room! I loved the decor, the paneling, the large...

I believe the owner Mike said it was built back in the 40's and he's been remodeling and updating for a few years. There are three floors, a bar and restaurant,...

I don't need to describe the Inn because the reviews are spot on. Mike and his wife Lynn make you feel like family right from the start. The sheets on our bed smelled line dried. Even the fellow guests soon become like old friends just hanging out after a great meal trading stories. And oh that bourbon pecan pie with...
