Had a really nice time at this great bed and breakfast. It was very easy to find and a good location near restaurants, the supermarket and chimney rock. The premium rooms are worth it, we had an incredible lake view from our private balcony. Breakfast was ok but dinner was excellent. We did the chefs choice 4 course meal and...

One of our favorite areas to visit is Lake Lure, NC. This lake area is beautiful with breathtaking views of the mountains. This was my birthday choice to stay at The Lodge at Lake Lure. We picked one their suites which had its own private porches overlooking the lake....most comfortable bed ever and a large clawfoot tubs with 3 window...

We had the African queens room and had a huge porch with a nice teakwood furniture. Beds were super cozy, staff was soooo nice and the views are gorgeous. My kids loved it. It's the perfect cozy stay while enjoying lake lure and chimney rock. Breakfast was Delish an made fresh to order every morning.

My wife and I have been to The Lodge on Lake Lure seven or eight times and used to consider it one of our favorite places to go. This last time changed this. When we reserved our room for Memorial Day Weekend and my wife and my Wedding Anniversary, we tried to stay in our favorite room, the Looking Glass...

We couldn't find one thing wrong with our experience from check-in with Scout, to our room, the view, the great breakfast and all the courteous, friendly staff. We've been to a lot of Inns all across the United States and Canada and this has to be at the top as far as upkeep of a historical building and the setting.

This is a wonderful place to stay. Rooms are clean, well furnished, and quiet. Staff is great. Great view of the lake which you can enjoy from a porch or atop the boat house. Canoes are available for guests. The restaurant is great but you will need a reservation. Highly recommend this place.

Stayed at the Lodge for 2 nights and had a great time. Despite the fact that it was off season, the weather was really nice and the staff made our stay much better than expected. They upgraded our room at no cost so we ended up with a balcony and terrific lake and mountain view. We took advantage of the...

A long weekend was magical at the Lodge on Lake Lure. We received a heads-up call from staff that pending ice storm may make travelling to the Lodge a bit difficult. Arrived a day early and stayed a day late... awesome staff, delicious food, warm fire, not one complaint. Can't wait to return!!! stay in Fortune Cookie or Looking Glass...
