Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.
We only stayed for 3 nights and didn’t use the pool but it looked nice. They easily accommodated our 44’ toy hauler, the sites aren’t fancy but plenty of space and grassy with a gravel pad. The employees were very nice and helpful. I wish we spent a day laying on Parlee beach it was a short walk and really nice. I would recommend it here.

We chose Ocean Surf for a 5 night visit and felt happy with our choice. You have to drive through a large, and I mean large, section of seasonals to get to the section we stayed in. We ended up sandwiched between a couple seasonals in section U. We found this to be odd but then remembered that we had requested a water view in section U when we made the reservations a couple months ago.
The park was very clean, the staff was very nice, and we had en enjoyable stay. September is the shoulder season so Shediac wasn't very crowded, Parlee Beach was a pleasure to visit (though too cold to swim), and there were no lines at the restaurants.
Overall, I would highly recommend Ocean Surf for any RV'er. Thanks to the staff for a pleasurable visit.

This Campground has a nice pool, it also have large sites and it’s close to beach but it is also highly overpriced. There’s absolutely no activities on site for kids. The only activity was a foodtruck that came once during the week. Infested of earwigs. They are EVERYWHERE!!! Poor wifi.

They have been consistently hiking prices since 2016 $200 a year now it costs $2700 to have a single lot there seasonally. On top of making us feel unwelcome and unwanted. Promises not met with wifi. Sophie you have lost a family. Do yourself a favour and just put a down payment on a small cottage instead of staying here.

Dear Dysney0, Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review. I am sorry to hear that you have not received the experience we aim to offer all guests, that you think we are overpriced and have not met your needs with wifi. We are also sorry to have lost you and your family. Although seasonal prices do not increase 200$ per year, they are adjusted yearly and align with average industry rates. We are in a prime location near Parlee Beach and offer a variety of amenities such as saltwater pool, clean/modern washroom facilities, a kayak launch, friendly/qualified staff, etc. This summer, guests will be able to use an internet Hot Spot, during specific hours. All those aspects put together are reflected in our prices as we continue to improve guest experiences. I am available to discuss by telephone so that I am better able to understand any additional issues. Very best regards, Sophie 1-888-532-5480

This was our first visit to this campground and we were very pleased that we chose to stay here. Check in was efficient, we were escorted to our site which is so helpful when you are new to a campground. The sites are large and well maintained. On our second day we were asked to change sites due to some maintenance work that needed to be done on the new pool. Not only did they help us to pack up our site but offered a partial refund for our "inconvenience". The campground is very close to Parlee Beach and the bonus of being able to walk and not pay the park fees was great. We did not take our kayaks but the ability to kayak to the ocean was something we will do next time. Brand new salt water pool is so inviting. Playground for the kids. The campground is close enough to the town of Shediac that you can go in for forgotten items or for a lobster dinner, Shediac is the lobster capital of the world. There are lots of attractions within a 1 hour driving distance. Overall, a great campground, we will return.

Very big campgrounds with lots of spots for non seasonal campers. We stayed three nights and it was great. We loved going for long walks through the park, it’s lovely to see how the seasonal sites set up their sites.
The sites sit adjacent to a marsh and the bay which lead to the ocean. We were able to see a heron amongst many other birds.
As many mention, you are about a 15 minute walk to Parlee Beach Provincial Park. You can also get there by car, a very short drive away! When visiting the park during the day by car, you will need to pay to get in. However, it is free to drive in after hours. It is, however, always free to walk onto the beach through the side street near the campground. Absolutely amazing beach to watch the sunsets!!
We were there after labour day and during the week so it wasn’t very busy with families and children. There were still lots of retirees onsite though.
The pool looked great but was not open during our visit - they said it was heated and salt water; that would have been nice to try!
Washrooms and showers were available for to all campers. There were a few buildings with these amenities throughout the park. Bring change as the showers are coin operated. Three quarters gets you started with six minutes of blissfully hot water - we were super happy to realize that there was very strong water pressure in the showers… awesomeness.
They also offer laundry facilities- which are also coin operated.
The owners tending the office were very friendly. They spoke both French and English which was nice.
The park is operated by what appears to be volunteer residents - the park is quite big and has a lot of streets - so much so, that they assign someone to take you to your lot, you’re asked to follow the golf cart… for us Brenda was driving it - a very happy and friendly lady!!
Lastly, you are a short drive to downtown Shediac, the large lobster, shops, and many restaurants. We absolutely loved our breakfast at the Route 66 Restaurant, great service and awesome food. You are also about 30 minutes from Moncton if you need more retail therapy or a big city hospital!

Stayed here for 3 nights. Beautiful campground. Don’t let the amount of seasonal sites deter, there are plenty of transient campers and the amenities are great. Park, shower houses and the beautiful pool are immaculate. Awesome playground area and soccer field. The location is close to the centre of town and there is a trail nearby to get to Peelee Beach if you want to save in parking. Really enjoyed our stay.

We arrived and the friendly staff led us thru (what seemed to be) miles of full time campers to a grass field where we parked next to more full time people. There are no other Americans here and we are visitors in this French country. We had planned to stay 4 days but are cutting it to two and losing the two days we already paid for to get out of here. I hear there is a pool but we walked thru miles of small roads thru permanent camps that seemed unfriendly and never found it. Not our cup of tea. The grounds are clean and spacious. With the thousands of people here, they all seem to be enjoying it. You may also. Also the slew we are next to and my blood keep the mosquitoes alive.
