We booked two cottages, or basically 2 halves of one cottage, so we had a shared front deck but two separate rear decks. The beds were great the rooms were clean, the rate was reasonable. Not much else I could have asked for! Only negative was it was hard to find a good place to eat at in town.

We were so happy with our stay at Springbrook Cottages. We stayed in the Carriage House cottage, which had a small kitchen/sitting area, king size bed and full bath. The owner/operator of the cottages was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early which is always such a pleasant surprise since most places won't allow you to, even if...

Have stayed here twice. The unit is comfy, cozy and clean! Has a small refrig, coffee pot, TV, air/heat unit, nice outdoor deck. Yes across from the train track. Only heard the train twice. Totally convenient to downtown. Lady at check in is very nice. Affordable which is nice too! Wifi is kind of iffy but hard to get much...

We enjoyed our stay at Springbrook Cottages because the accommodations and location were good. We had a nice, clean 2 full bed room, Annie's Haven. The creek behind our cottage was beautiful and nice to relax by. Very nice to be able to park our car right outside our door. Easy to walk anywhere in town since we were right...

Stayed in a cabin off by ourselves and it was right on the water with a deck. Private and quite. Walking distance to town and the Hot Springs Spa. The Appalachian Trail comes right through the middle of town and this town has allot of interesting history when you visit the welcome center.

My boyfriend and I stayed for a night recently, it was great! Nice, clean room, comfy bed, wonderful view of the creek from the back deck and within walking distance of everything in town. Highly recommend!

I have stayed here on several occasions while visiting Hot Springs. The cottages are adorable and comfy - now, not a ton of amenities, but that's not what I am looking for there. Opening up your back door onto a deck and a view of a creek is the way to spend the night in Hot Springs. The owner is...

We stopped here originally intending to stay one night in order to ride the motorcycle on the Rattler. It was so nice that we stayed two nights! We loved the privacy. Being able to open the windows in front and the wonderful screened door in the back made for fabulous sleeping. Yes, there is a train that goes by several...

We had four cottages and everyone was quite pleased. The cottages back up to a very pleasant stream. The town main street is an easy stroll away. There is a train track in front of the property, and one of our group found that the trains kept him awake. The rest of us slept like logs.

“All units are on the river and fairly quite with the exception of the train that runs quite frequently but really did not bother us.”
