Spent the weekend at the Highlands for my boyfriend’s birthday, and we had a great stay at The Wells Hotel. The accommodations were beautiful and clean, and the staff were friendly! It was a cold weekend, so we didn’t walk, but it was a short drive to all the great food spots. I highly recommend for a weekend getaway!

We stayed here Valentine’s Day weekend and it was such a lovely stay! The staff were very nice and our room was awesome with our fireplace roaring when we got there keeping the room warm and cozy. I wish we had a bath tub but the shower was nice and modern. They were very cute on Valentine’s Day leaving chocolates in our room with a little themed board of fruit and treats plus putting rose petals on the bed and our towels origami swans. Would recommend this stay!! 5 min walk into town.

My husband and I came for a long weekend. Our room was lovely. Our room (#5) had a small dining area, wonderfully equipped with stemware and plates etc., a small fridge and microwave (think for bringing back takeout, not for cooking). We had a fireplace, sitting area, and a large TV. The king sized bed was so comfortable! I am picky about mattresses and pillows, and this did not disappoint! Each room has it’s own separate exterior entrance, which was nice esp. during COVID. (It is also a nice change from big-box hotels that can have noisy hallways!) Decor was modern and minimalist. The lobby was clean and inviting. Staff very friendly. It was raining so we couldn’t enjoy the fire pit unfortunately.

Loved everything about the stay front the easy check in process to the room. The room was just as pictured. The grounds were so charming, very private and comfortable. They ever had a nice fire pit out side that you could sit and have s'mores. I will definitely return. Love love love!

I'm so happy I found this place to stay for a night with my girlfriends! Everything was perfect with the room and the amenities. Great customer service! Definitely will be coming back! The outside fireplace with the smores giftsets was so relaxing and amazing!
