The resort was lovely. The food at the resort was excellent. We stayed there one night and came back for a second night. The pool area was fantastic! My husband and I both went down the water slide. It was great fun! The only reason for a very good and not excellent is that the rooms were slightly outdated and...

Staff was great and helpful. Room and facility was very clean. Location is awkward but close to things. No plugs for electronics in rooms (bring your own power strip) No instructions for TV remote and as someone who never watches TV I had no clue about the channels. Kids really enjoyed the pool and slide. Restaurant was horrible food for...

Rooms are old and very small. Property is run down. New owners have tried to remodel but have done a very poor job. The pool looks very nice but we found a mouse in it. Staff was very friendly though.

We had several complaints during our stay. None were addressed. This is advertised as a Resort, but is actually a motel being renovated into a hotel. We stayed for 2 nights. We were not impressed. The renovations were not completed. Our main complaint was the fact that we had purchased tickets for Biltmore. Our shower was not working. We had...

Customer service was great ... it was like I did the renovations myself. Not impressed at all. We checked out and didn't stay. A lot more work is needed before it's a "RESORT". Read reviews before paying . I did not .

This was a very dilapidated hotel on the highway that was remodeled. All of the money used to update and remodel went only to the pool area and it shows. The room was dirty, sink had dirt dried in it, hair on the bathroom shower walls, a small rubber ball and trash behind the chair and dirty carpet was the...

This is an remodeled Quality Inn and it shows. They spent all the money on the pool area and very little in the rooms. There is no elevator and the room was dirty and smelled of chlorine and smoke. There are no windows to the outside and not all of the lights worked. It was very humid inside of the...

Great place to stay in Hendersonville. We are on our way to Gatlinburg Tennessee and this was our alternative because we could not travel roads. We stayed 2 nights. Very quiet and best part is they allowed our dog in a pet friendly room. Best feature is warm pool and relaxing hot tub. Restaurant had delicious food also. Nice setting...
