So a lot of positives and a few negatives about this hotel Positives - superb location, wonderful views from all rooms nice sandy beach, sheltered from most winds - unlike many others on the island Good quality restaurant - international menu (welcome relief after what can be monotonous fare from the tavernas), good service Nice pool - some reviews describe...

Lovely family hotel but could do with some improvements like new beds and without the extra cost of some items for breakfast, like fresh orange juice. About 3k from nearest town and I do think you need a car as walking on the road without a footpath, I felt, was quite dangerous. Lovely beach area but music too loud for...

Situated a 10 min drive out of Gavio (the main port) and 45 mins drive from Andros Town. Located on a hillside with every room overlooking over Kypri Bay (no quaint sunsets, sorry!). Being on the lee side of Andros the beach is a little more protected from the annual summer winds. Super bar, lounge deck and restaurant overlooking the...

Enjoyed it a lot. Great view, nice facilities, beach 1 minute away, across the road, good food, and very fiendly staff. I / we may come back in the future. It is particularly convenient if one want to do a quick trip from Athens and does not have a car.

We have been visiting the hotel for many years Having a really wonderful sea just across the road, vacations in Andros can turn to a dream Good service/pleasant at the beach bar, helps a lot Food at the Cyclades restaurant is not bad,but could be better Nice rooms, but still the bathrooms could use a small renovation Good rate as per value for...

The hotel's beach and the terrace were nice and well served. The room was the weakness: 1) antiquatied and malfuctioning fornitures; 2) The bathroom was too small and very dirty: there were algae and mold on the tiles of the shower and limescale everywhere. I honestly do not understand how it can have so many positive reviews.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry about your unpleasant experience. This is an isolated incident and will be dealt with immediately! For me cleanness is the number one priority. I would have appreciated if you would have informed me earlier so I can have taken care of the matter ahead of time. Thank you, Phillip

Very clean room, all rooms has view to Kypri bay. Breakfast was little poor, but the kitchen at the restaurant was ok. The wine list has enough local labels! The beach was one of the best at Andros and the beach bar has a lot of choice. The service was not so good but everybody form the staff was very...

A quiet and slightly "off the beaten path" island in the northernmost part of the Greek Cyclades archipelago (which also makes it decently close to Rafina/Athens), Andros has been a summer staple for our family - it's not summer vacation until we spend a week at Perrakis' hotel in Kypri, a few minutes drive from the island's port, Gavrio. A...

Our worst experience ever, was the last day, that all 6 days vacation destroyed from the rigid and inflexible behavior of the front office agent. We requested a two hours late check out (leave the room at 2:00pm maximum, instead of 12:00noon) and they forced us to leave at 12:00noon although there was nobody waiting for our room since every...

There are few hotels in the island with such an amazing location right on the beach. The rooms are very nice comfortable and very clean with large balconies and an amazing sea view. The food is also very good but the prices are a bit on the upper scale. Th3 staff is very proffesional and polite. Definately a go to...
