Because we would camp here all the time! Great, friendly people. Beautiful campground with bit lots. We had the "executive suite" 😊 which was big and near the bathrooms. And the bathrooms were very nice--the best of our trip. Wifi worked great.

Had a nice time at this campground. It was cool and shady in August which was a pleasant relief coming up from Raleigh. The bathrooms were very clean. The "permanent" sites were often decorated with unique lights which was cool to walk around and see....More

It is a private lake so no license required. It is catch and release only. It also can be good fishing at times.
