Well maintained and well lighted exterior. The room was very clean and all staff workers were very nice, I bought lunch for the ladies on the clean-up crew in appreciation of their hard work and being nice. All rooms are ground level, park and enter the room from outside. Plenty of restaurants, I suggest K&W Cafeteria, about 4 miles away,...

We found the Ambassador by chance in the aftermath of Hurricane Matthew and were glad we did. The staff treated us like family welcoming us home after the storm. You had to have been there to appreciate the feeling. The room was super clean and spacious with a cute retro bathroom. The continental breakfast was good, with an attentive hostess....

I really should give this place 1 star, but the receptionist was very friendly and made us welcomed after getting bounced from a hotel in Smithfield due to an evacuation (toxic smoke fire from an accident on nearby I-95) But we ended up here (on our way to Savannah) We spent over 3 hours circumnavigating the 20 mile backup. Anyway,...

We stayed the night here and they are so friendly and they care. It was very clean, the bedding smelled fresh. Continental breakfast, coffee pot, iron, hair dryer, WiFi, and great water pressure for your shower and it is hot.

The staff at the Ambassador Inn went up and beyond the call to make my stay a pleasant one, even under the duress of Hurricane Matthew. They showed that they cared about you and was not just renting you a room. I had been sitting in that Lumberton Traffic for over 4.5 hours and we only went 3 miles before...

I recently stayed there with my dog. This hotel has been there for a long time & I believe that there has been a renovation within the last 5 years - a fresh coat of paint, new carpeting. The grounds have been cleaned up. However it is tired looking. For the amount of money it cost, it definitely was not...

A friend made the reservations. I expected the typical, rundown, cheapo motel. This really was the opposite. Comfortable rooms, quiet area, beautiful pool, clean! This is my new go to place for Fayetteville.

This motel is on the dated side. The bathroom is very small and could really use some updating. The overall room amenities were good. However, the property needs to be updated and aired out. The room we had had a musty smell that didn't seem to fade with the a/c on or the window open. I have traveled throughout the...

Wasn't expecting much at the price point we were paying but was pleasantly surprised at how great this place was. Quiet, extremely clean, and phenomenal customer service. Sandi at the front desk was exceptional. Breakfast was included and much nicer than expected. Also received great service at breakfast. Only reason for four stars instead of five is that the bed/...

My Wife and I and out 14month old daughter stayed here for three nights. The Staff is very nice. It was very quiet. The room was clean, the bed was nice, we had a King. The only thing that was not good was the fitted sheet on the bed kept coming off, but that was only minor. You can't beat...

“If you'll be there on Friday I would ask to stay away from the weekly renters because at 6 am on Friday they started moving all of their stuff out so they could go home after work and it was pretty loud....”
